I was also a regular for years, this last time We go pick up our dog and turns out she was so traumatized that she had diarrhea no stop They gave her to us dirty smelling bad, she's a golden doodle, not aggressive at all but this place nor does require proof of vaccination, even tho they say they do, nor they crate the animals, so they are left at their mercy, who knows what really happened in there, but my dog was also nipped all over her legs and around her eyes she got a bad cut in the eye area, they also had the audacity to charge extra for the cleaning I imagine, they take no responsibility, no ownership of their wrong doing for the stress and the pain caused to your dog, we had to go home and bathe our dog again, they are shady, no integrity in this business, please beware and do your research I'm now just thankful that my dog survived!

They get to hang out together and actually play and socialize. The staff is caring and attentive, and I always feel comfortable leaving him there. It gives me peace of mind knowing he's having fun instead of just sitting in a kennel. Highly recommend if you're looking for a daycare style dog wash where your dog can truly enjoy themselves.

The last time we went to the generic places they cut one of his warts and we were so worried to take him anywhere else. After some research we found this place and decided to give it a go. I appreciate that they come to your home and only take care of your dog at the session. This provides a quicker experience with less distractions and more assurance that the groomer's full attention is on your dog. If you have any special concerns/requests for your dog, I recommend calling them and asking for a groomer that has more experience with your concerns. I mentioned my concern with cutting my dogs warts and they recommended we work with Margaret. Margaret was great and managed to give our dog a short cut without cutting his warts. Really appreciate them. I'm giving 4 stars bc it is a bit pricey, the generator outside the house is quite loud, and the groomer was 30 minutes late.

My pug needed a major deshedding service and it was a bit more $$ than the standard service but it was so worth it!! Pugsly was so soft and handsome when I picked him up. They send a text when they are finished and they even followed it up with a phone call to make sure I was on the way. I really like that they don't crate the dogs while waiting to be picked up. My pug hates a crate and will get very whiny. The groomer mentioned that I might still see some hair for the next couple of days but it should minimize after that. They did a fantastic job and I will be coming back.

Kristie helped us get this under control, so we can now have an enjoyable walking experience with our dog. While we were working on this, Kristie also helped us with some basic command refinements with all 3 of our dogs. One of our dogs needed a little confidence boost, and she taught us how to work with him to strengthen this. Kristie is clear in her instructions to the humans and is patient with answering questions and modeling how to give commands and corrections. She built a positive relationship with our dogs and with us. We have enjoyed the experience and appreciate the changes in our dogs' behavior.

For dog sitting, in our home, we've used Michelle several times now and she is great. Our 3 dogs love her and she clearly loves them too. We have 2 Great Danes and Beagle/Boston Terrier mix who are getting up there in age. Our male Great Dane has a number of health issues and Michelle handles it all so well. There's a laundry list of medications for the dogs and she does a great job keeping up with it all. She doesn't mind when I'm that helicopter dog mom and I check too often on my sick boy. Regardless of his illness, Michelle sends many pictures and text updates on how things are going with all the dogs. As a very protective momma, I trust Michelle completely with my furbabies and home. We love having Michelle take care of our babies... so much so that when we were planning the August trip we just completed, she wasn't available on our original dates, so we moved our trip to make sure she was available. I appreciate the freedom Kristie and Michelle offer us to get away several times a year. I completely trust them. Give them a shot!
