It's a food court slash bar, music was playing and people were packed. We happened in on an event night so parking was a pain, so some of the experience is chalked up to an event is my guess. You will not appreciate the cost to portion ratio. For the ambience, remember it was an event night, it was packed and kind of loud. It was basically a bar/club with a food court. I didn't mind but that may not be for everyone. Service, it was busy and I didn't mind terribly that it felt rushed. You basically walk up, order your food, the try to pry yourself into a table with your little buzzer thing and wait. We waited about 15 min for four dishes. It wasn't terribly long. The food. Listen, I'll just be honest, the fried cheese on the steak sandwich and the potato with garlic aioli were the highlight of our meal. The steak was salty and the chicken sandwich was dry. The beef empanadas were just under fully burnt to a crisp. The meat inside was flavorless and the empanada was somehow sweet. For the time the empanadas were in the fryer, the fries themselves could have used more time. They were greasy soft. Sadly, we saw a reel about Un Pollo and were excited to try it. I have said this in another review but I really need to stop letting wannabe influencers sway me to food places. They seem to pretend food is amazing for likes and shares. All in, I won't return and I cannot recommend it. I'm sorry to the business owner, honestly. I dislike writing bad reviews. Some people will love this place and that's fine.
