The food here is authentic Honduran cuisine, a great price, and excellent portions. Not much else you could ask for in a spot like this. The service was quick and polite. We could tell our food was prepared to order. It's a small cozy spot with only a few tables -but the togos were popping! We split the Super Baleada with carne asada and pollo tacos (fried to perfection with a great crunch). The cheese(queso fresco) is authentic, I remember its flavor from a trip I took to Honduras. Excellent lunch spot, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic find, really enjoyed the pupusas as well as the mixto plate with chicken, beef and pork. Later that night my buddy and I dropped over $300 at Joe's Stone Crab only to realize Catracho was a far more satisfying meal! If I am ever back in Miami I'll drop in again for sure!

Beef soup. So me being from Orlando eating this soup in Miami I must say it's super tasty. If you're a soup person you must check it out.

Absolutely love this place! We were vacationing from out of town, and everything was absolutely amazing. The woman behind the counter was so nice and knew exactly what we'd like. This was our first time trying this cuisine, and I promise you it won't be the last. Now every time that we come into town, we'll make sure to stop by on the regular. 10/10!

    Delicious raspberry juice! Deff recommend

I definitely recommend this place! The food was absolutely delicious, and the aesthetic of the restaurant is super cute. I love how they have the Honduran flag around and the little small details. The food was delicious. I ordered desayuno catracho and a pupusa. When I saw the salad on the pupusas, my expectation were kind of low, just looking at the color. But to my relief, the salad was so delicious and the pickled onions we're just perfect and so spicy, I loved it! My boyfriend ordered carne asada he loved it as well, it was very flavorful. I also ordered a raspberry juice, I definitely recommend that juice. The waitress had told me the translation in Spanish for raspberry, but I don't remember what it is. It is the hot pink juice. I recommended it is so so good! Overall I definitely recommend this restaurant. The food is so delicious and authentic. I love the ambience and the aesthetic of the restaurant. The only suggestion that I would make is to update the sign outside. When we got to the plaza, we were kind of confused where it was because there was no sign until I noticed that the sign had broken in half and I had seen Honduran Cocina.

Excellent Honduran food! I had the Carne Asada, ordered rare the way I like it, and it was some of the best I've had. The beans, rice, avocado, and tortillas all were perfect. I haven't had ripe plantains before with a Honduran dish, but now that I know I'll specify green. The pupusas are fantastic! They come with cabbage and spicy onions and jalapeños. For an extra kick, ask for the purple chimol. I also had the horchata.. a very nice flavor! (I've been here three times now, and the food is consistently excellent, the service is friendly. The beans are amazing. Also, my wife has ordered ahead several times from her work for lunch, and they are prompt- with excellent lunch specials- packed to go. The ONLY flaw I find is that they have two televisions running news, novellas, etc. full time over the small dining area; they are, however, happy to turn them down or even hand you the remote. I just always question the presence of TVs in a restaurant unless they're a sports bar.) Another update: they have some "secret" parking. The lot out front can be impossible to find a space in, so we were told to call ahead for parking out back.

Arriba Catrachos*!! Inside this little storefront is an amazing Honduran eatery. Warm, sociable, and family oriented, this little restaurant serves up some big flavors and ranks pretty high on my BBB (Bueno, Bonito, y Barato) List!! They have a large volume of to-go orders so don't be surprised when you see lots of bags going out the door as you walk in. The menu lists your typical dishes like baleadas, pupusas, Honduran style tacos and enchiladas, carne asada, and anafres. Their sampler platter is the best buy if you want to try a little bit of everything. It's perfect for two. Everything is made to order and worth the wait! They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the hungry crowd. The owners takes pride in their product and service and have three locations around town. They make sure to provide their best each and every time. I highly recommend it for that no-frills, laid back, hanging with your honey, lunch or dinner. Enjoyalo!! *In case you're wondering why Hondurans are called Catrachos, here's a link to the WikiPedia article... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hondurans

Pollo caribeño y pollo a la plancha especial... yummy!!!!

So delicious food!!! The place is small and may not look attractive from outside, but don't hesitate to enter. The food is authentic and very tasty.... hand made tortillas . Try to get there before 9:00 because they close at that time, even though on Yelp it says at 11:00.

We were definitely in the mood for Cuban food. The place was pretty busy but we snagged a table inside and our server took our orders pretty quickly. They had lots of tables inside, and had a very large covered outside seating area. It was too humid and hot for us to sit outside - we Floridians like our A/C!! I ordered a veggie sandwich, along with a side of tostones and an avocado salad. My mom wasn't very hungry so she just ordered the Caldo Gallego which she said was very good. My sandwich was tasty and the tostones were huge and plentiful. Mom shared my tostones and avocado salad - the avocados were perfectly ripe. The servers were friendly and attentive. Next time I'm in Miami, I want to try their rice and beans.

Not only do they have great prices, they're also very centrally located. Plus, they actually have a parking lot which avoids a hassle. Whether it's the ventanita or a full meal-they got what you need. I do appreciate how they really make their maduros nice and crispy on the edges. On this last visit, I added the blackberry Dijon sauce on the side to dip my chicken breast in and it was a pretty interesting flavor profile for such a small dip. It's a chill spot but w a miami Cuban diner approach to it so depending on the time of day or day of the week, you can expect a rush or just have it nice and peaceful. The service is quick and not stuffy or overhyped.

Unfortunately, the music was so loud (4 pm-ish on a Sunday) it was extremely difficult to compete against. People were shouting over the music. It wasn't as "warm and inviting" as I expected. It was so loud, I had to leave. I was looking for a place where we could dine and where (normal volume) conversation could take place. Sadly that was my first impression. I ordered a quisqueya roll and tried to cancel before leaving but was told it was too late to cancel. So I bought it "to go" while we found a different place to eat. I'm normally not a complainer.
