Hard to replicate. First thing I asked is if they had hazelnuts. If only they had, I could then improvise from there. Not enough available ingredients to help my plan. Ended up in the opposite direction. Settled on Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream with extra Graham Cracker Pie Crust plus Walnuts. Nutty and pie crust chewy, but not cheesecakey enough. Still satisfying. Clean, organized plus hardworking and accommodating staff. When asked if I could keep our ice cream purchases in the freezer while we finished up a few things, they accommodatingly obliged. We'd return.
