I stopped by this little yogurt shop while in the neighborhood. The staff member was very welcoming and helpful from the time I entered the store. There were so many yogurt flavor options as well as many topping options. They also had my favorite frozen dessert-dipping dots. This I would definitely return again for the dipping dots because they're hard to find. read more

By far, this hidden delight's frozen yogurt has the best texture that I've ever tasted. Placed across from the Tuckahoe train station, this little shop has a wide variety of flavors, ranging from peanut butter to fruit punch. In addition, the topping selection is fully stocked. Like usual, I tried the Sea Salt Caramel, in addition to a bit of Peanut Butter and Vanilla Bean. Although the Sea Salt Caramel's flavor did not reach expectations, the texture and consistency was superb. My daughter faved about the Fruit Punch, as well. With a clean atmosphere, a nice vibe, kind staff, and great yogurt; this place definitely deserves the high marks it receives. read more

We happened to be in the area and since this place is open later than other froyo places nearby, we decided to stop by. The frozen yogurt was okay, nothing special. The choices of toppings on the other hand were endless! The fruit selection was not as extensive though. I just wanted to put fruit in my froyo and all they had were strawberries. I came in Monday 09/12/2022 afternoon around 3:00 with my boyfriend who is African American he walked in a couple of minutes after me because he was outside on the phone , we stopped by for some milkshakes , he asked to use the bathroom and the older lady said that it was locked and did not know where the key was , I myself am a previous employee so I do know sometimes the bathroom is locked but I do know there's a key in the back room to open the bathroom so both employees and customers are able to use the bathroom. Im guessing the employee didn't realize that we were together soo when she did she apologized for the bathroom being locked and that supposedly she has to walk herself to the train station and use the Starbucks bathroom. As we're leaving the store I see the bathroom key hanging from a hook like I mentioned I was employed here last summer so I knew where the bathroom key is held and what it looks like. So next day which is yesterday Tuesday 09/13/2022 around 8:00pm we stop back in for another milkshake and there's a different employee working and we both walk in and he asks to use the bathroom and once again it was locked but once we addressed that to the employee she grabbed the key from the back from and opened it. I am very disgusted and disappointed with the way the other employee had treated my boyfriend. It was very uncalled for all he wanted to do was use the bathroom we were paying customers. read more

We are frequent customers at SwirlNJoy. They always have a great selection of flavors and endless toppings, and really pay attention to details with kid friendly toys, play areas and atmosphere. They invite you to linger. We recently held my daughter's 7th birthday party here as well. Chris could not have been more helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a great party. They partner with Pinot's Palette, and the kids paint, get pizza and then go over for frozen yogurt. The kids had a great time, and the parents couldn't stop complementing the party. read more

My new favorite place to get frozen yogurt ! The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful and welcoming. The froyo / ice cream is delicious. There is a huge variety of toppings that they offer. They also carry "dippin' dots" which is very uncommon and rarely available unless you are at an amusement park! My daughter's fifth birthday party was held here recently. Having never been to a party here, I did not know what to expect. From the second we got to Swirlnjoy, Chris and the other workers showed us that we had nothing to worry about. We had 24 children between the ages of 22 months to six years old, and every child had an absolutely ball. So many people said to me that they had never been here before but would be coming back very soon just to come and get yogurt. It is extremely kid friendly. Outside they have a little house and slide and toys for the kids to play with while the adults sit on the benches or tables. On a rainy day, there are games to play with inside as well as a tv that has cartoons on. We upgraded the birthday party package and had a character come stop by and it was a huge success! Two hours flew by and my daughter is still talking about what an awesome day she had! On a side note, what establishment gives the birthday child a present? Swirlnjoy gave a lovely present to my daughter. Definitely recommend to have a party there or just go for a fun yogurt adventure! read more

If you're looking for a cavity, this is definitely the place to go. This is one of the best dessert places I have ever been to. The owners are so nice you think grandma opened up a sweet shop. I've had pretty much about every dessert there, and I can safely tell you it's satisfied my sweet tooth. I will never spend my time or money in this place again after the way I was treated last month. I was here with my two daughters, my youngest isn't crazy about frozen yogurt so I ordered one for my older daughter and one for myself hoping she'd have some and paid with my debit card. When my younger daughter discovered they also had dippin dots, I gave her my debit card to get a cup and was told by the extremely snotty cashier that they don't accept debit cards for charges under $5 which she then said I should have known because there is a sign posted on the wall. Umm, clearly I did not see the sign and also, it is illegal to require minimum payment on debit cards. Learn the definition of customer service then share it with your nasty AF cashier and maybe I'll consider coming back. read more

The flavors are ok by themselves, but as soon as you mix them (even the most basic like Chocolate and Peanut Butter), it instantly tastes disgusting. It's not the greatest yogurt in the world, but tasty enough and the topping selection is excellent. Fresh fruit, candy, nuts, and syrup. It's fun for kids to make it themselves, and make it just the way they like. It would be better with more seating indoors, but you can get it to go. Plenty of seats outside but as winter gets on this will be a problem. Since the only other option in town is the ancient Carvel store across the square, this is a great addition to Tuckahoe. read more

My husband and I are dying for a cup of coffee and dessert.. try this place... the girl has no idea how to make a cappuccino and after we tell her large.. she lifts up the large cup to confirm.. then proceeds to take a small cup and make the cappuccino. My husband wants a coffee.. the coffee pot looks brand new she flips a switch and we're waiting for 10 minutes while nothing happens and she stares at it.. the girl barely speaks and tries to mumble it doesn't work.. it was a household coffee pot.. she didn't put water in it didn't know how to use it.. and just oh well for you. You hire someone who doesn't speak, doesn't understand, doesn't engage.. basically a robot to press buttons on the cash register I just can't. This is what's wrong with he world. The yogurt tastes decent but could definitely be better. What is really appealing about this place is the huge selection of toppings (including a candy wall). Makes it a great place to bring kids. Also very cute outdoor seating, complete with special tables/chairs just for the kids. A great, cozy little nook of a place to stop in and get some great frozen yogurt - we stop on average at least once a week. The owner is super friendly and I love frequenting a locally owned a business. He or one of his employees always greets the kids personally. The yogurt is very good and the kids have yet to lose the thrill of looking through the (literally, I believe) hundred plus choices of toppings. Grrr---playing Scott n Todd on the radio at 4PM is not very family-friendly. When I complained that a segment was worse than R-rated, the cashier shrugged and said, the kids in the store weren't even listening. I then pointed out a toddler and a teenaged girl who were listening as was a grandmother, he said, "it's radio, what can you do."
