Cheeseburger with bacon, lettuce and Shake Shack Sauce
Susie G.

Came from another SS location which was absolute chaos. Honestly this location wasn't much better but we were able to flag down an employee to confirm gluten free ordering procedure. Inside is very cramped with only a handful of seats, more of a set-up for takeaway or eating outdoors - it was pretty dang hot and sprinkling rain so luckily we were able to grab seats at the counter looking out the window. Food was ready fairly quickly, piping hot, my burger was delicious. The starting price for a cheeseburger is about $10 and I'd say it's worth it. $3.99 for a small soft drink seems ridiculous but maybe it is in keeping for the area (?). Disappointed that they were out of the limited edition Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake. Appreciated the various shoutouts to Pride (employee T shirts, rainbow logo on cups, opportunity to add rainbow sprinkles to shakes). Summary- Five stars for the food but the surroundings and ordering experience left something to be desired.

Lettuce with my burger no bun

Very straightforward process. Order online pick up at the location. I ordered lettuce wrapped two patties burger. Perfect. Loved it. Patties are very flat and a bit dry. But Their sauce is delicious. Friend got 3 patties. More toppings and loved it. I can't wait to try again. Service was great. And ambience is very nice and quiet.

Shake Shack no longer has employees that take orders at the register. You have to go to the kiosk screen and self order. This is a bit inconvenient if you have a specific question (e,g., gluten free options and capabilities). And if you order alcohol, you have to somehow flag down an employee to enter a special code to validate your age. It's a bit inconvenient and clogs up the process. Also, the order area is highly congested. It's a bit chaotic. That said, my burger was very tasty and the fries were fresh.

One of my favorite burgers! Friendly staff at this location. Enjoy the outdoor seating availability

6 bucks for Mac and cheese that has the worst cheese ever. Fries are extremely spicy. worst of all are the baby back ribs sandwiches. They are dry, barely have any sauce(in the picture they have BBQ sauce all over), and overall just sucks. The mango lemonade tastes like diluted lemonade with absolutely no mango. So expensive for the most mid food I have ever tasted in my life

Korean Style Fried Chicken Sandwich

My friends and I stopped by last Thursday to try the Korean-inspired menu items. It was incredibly busy, but the staff still got orders out at a reasonable time. Definitely hard to find a table, so we had to wait around a bit. KOREAN-STYLE FRIED CHICK'N This chicken sandwich comes with a pretty thick and crispy chicken breast that's been marinated with gochujang along with some kimchi slaw. I personally found the marinade to be too sweet and not spicy enough. If you didn't tell me this was Korean inspired, I don't know if I could tell. I would have thought it was a sweet BBQ sauce. There was barely any kimchi slaw in my sandwich. The bites that did include the slaw were much better. Overall, I did not get the most balanced sandwich. A couple of my friends got the KOREAN BBQ BURGER which they seemed to enjoy. Maybe I'll be back if I really want a burger in the area, but I don't know if the Korean-inspired options were worth the hype.

I just paid $13 for cheese fries and a strawberry lemonade and waited like 25 minutes to have my food brought to me. But that never happened. After reluctantly and.sheepishly approaching the staff, wouldnt you know it, I was met with attitude as if I wasn't patient enough. And when I finally got it, the drink had boba in it so I had to get up and approach again and wait until the none busy associates got good and ready to approach me. So sitting here choking down these dry greasy over priced French fries and this overly sweet drink in this not very clean establishment reminded me that being nice to customers is paramount and just not that difficult. It wasn't even crowded and I was on a much needed break so ... no more shake shack for me. See pic of the subpar half eaten meal attached

Truffle burger

I love truffle so I dropped by to try their new black truffle burger. I liked the truffle sauce and fried onions, but the beef patty was very dry. There are limited seats inside but plenty outside.

Staff and management here were really friendly and professional. Burgers were good Not a fan of the ice tea with lemonade because it was a little sour. Fries were okay, prefer them without the cheese.

Sad! This is fresh but a hot mess.

What a disappointment! I took my daughters for dinner tonight and wow, were we underwhelmed. I get it, this is a busy location but, come on, there is room for standards and some pride. The burgers were just pathetic. Not a hint of quality control or desire to make something that looked like a hamburger. On the good side, the fries were not bad, including the Korean spices fries. They were crispy and hot. Same goes for the shakes! They were not bad at all. The dining area could use some TLC. The garbage was overflowing and the tables were pretty gross. We are not coming back to this location. Yup, we are what we got but even my daughter could easily see this is not what right looks like.

Located outside, on the second floor of Tysons Mall, with minimal seating areas inside and some outdoor seating. During the busy lunch hour, we got lucky and found a seat inside. What amazed us was that the manager walked around from time to time asking the seated customers how the food was or if they needed anything. It was my wife's first time eating Shake Shack so we went with the original double ShackBurger paired with some fries and cookies and cream shake, and for the avocado lover, my wife got the avocado bacon burger and fries. Right off the bat, it felt like the avocado was just a garnish based on how little of it we had on the burger. We had to ask the employee just in case they left out the other half but no, it was only a few slices totaling less than a quarter of an avocado. Avoid the avocado burger and get the original, take it to go and add the avocado at home. Aside from the avocado issue, everything else was great! The fries were steaming and crispy, the burgers were juicy and filling.

Way over priced for a nothing special burger. I spent over $20 for a single burger fries and regular fountain drink. Way too much.

Burger Billy's Joint: Our Daddy & Daughter Burger Journey Hits a Speed Bump…read more Takeaway: Great atmosphere, outstanding sweet potato waffle fries, and memories with my daughter and Mom. Unfortunately, the burgers and wings didn't live up to the gourmet price tag this time around. The burger hunt continued. My daughter and I have been on a serious mission to find the best burger spots in the area. This isn't a casual hobby. There are discussions, strategies, evaluations, and sometimes heated debates. We take our burger adventures seriously. For months, my daughter Joy had been talking about Burger Billy's Joint and how great the burger was during her previous visit. With that kind of recommendation, I was excited when we selected it as our next destination. This time, my mother joined us for the adventure. We arrived at Burger Billy's, and I dropped Joy and Mom off before finding parking. Thankfully, free street parking was easy to find nearby. When I entered the restaurant, Joy and Mom were already at the self-service kiosk. Unfortunately, there was no welcome, greeting, or acknowledgment from the male employee working. Looking around, I realized he was the only employee on duty and, at that moment, we were the only customers in the restaurant. I immediately noticed how much I liked the restaurant's design. It had the look and feel of a gourmet burger establishment. While I enjoy the convenience of self-service kiosks, they do eliminate that personal touch. I wasn't able to ask questions about the menu, learn about the restaurant, or get recommendations from the staff. Because my daughter and I approach burger hunting like professional scouts, we ordered multiple items and planned to split them. The goal is simple: taste as much as possible. Mom ordered: - Billy's Mushroom Swiss Burger with Fries My daughter and I ordered: - Billy's Smoked House Burger with Sweet Potato Waffle Fries - The Naked Bird Chicken Sandwich - Honey Jerk Wings We grabbed a table and waited for our gourmet meal while hoping the food would justify the gourmet prices. As we waited, several other customers entered the restaurant. Just like us, they received no greeting or interaction from the employee. The only conversation seemed to be informing customers when a particular cheese was unavailable and then returning to silence. As a foodie, the complete dining experience matters to me. The atmosphere, the staff, and the food all work together to create a successful culinary adventure. That said, if the food is amazing, a lot can be forgiven. The food arrived and immediately passed the first test: the visual inspection. Everything looked fantastic. Mom enjoyed her Billy's Mushroom Swiss Burger, but she didn't find it particularly memorable. We all agreed, however, that the fries were very good. Then it was time for the official taste test. The Billy's Smoked House Burger was a wet mess. There was simply too much sauce on the burger, making it difficult to enjoy all of the flavors. It wasn't a bad burger, but it wasn't worth the gourmet burger price in our opinion. Now let's talk about the Sweet Potato Waffle Fries. Outstanding. All three of us agreed they were the best item we ordered. Crispy, flavorful, and exactly what we hoped they would be. The Naked Bird Chicken Sandwich was disappointing. It felt like a dry chicken breast with a few toppings added on. Nothing stood out, and it definitely didn't leave a lasting impression. Then came the Honey Jerk Wings. A great honey jerk wing finds the balance between sweet honey and bold jerk seasoning. These wings tasted like jerk wings only. We couldn't find the honey. There wasn't even a hint of it. They weren't terrible, but they were not what we expected or wanted. For us, the wings were a miss. We're hoping this was simply an off day because we know restaurants can have them. In fact, Joy was quick to remind us that her previous burger experience here was much better than what we received during this visit. So despite the disappointing food, we're willing to give Burger Billy's another opportunity down the road as our burger journey continues. Final Verdict Atmosphere: Very Good Staff Interaction: Minimal Billy's Smoked House Burger: Good, but too much sauce Mushroom Swiss Burger: Good, but not memorable Naked Bird Chicken Sandwich: Disappointing Honey Jerk Wings: Missing the honey Sweet Potato Waffle Fries: Outstanding We'll revisit Burger Billy's Joint in the future and see if this visit was simply an exception rather than the rule. We had an incredible experience celebrating a birthday at Evelyn Rose!…read more The menu is exciting, seasonal, and features a TON of local options and farms- you can taste the difference. We decided to start by sharing the wagyu carpaccio, the fried green tomatoes, and an appetizer portion of the cavatelli- I really like that you can do appetizer portions of both pastas on rotation on the menu here. We were also brought two pieces of focaccia with incredibly flavorful olive oil (yum!). The cavatelli and the fried green tomatoes were standouts for us, the pasta had a great chew and the bolognese was really flavorful. The fried green tomatoes came topped with a pimento cheese that was incredible. For our entrees, we opted for the braised bison shoulder and the scallops. The scallops were perfectly prepared and were a very generous portion. The bison shoulder was so tender and the accompaniments were incredible- this was a perfect fall dish. We also got the charred sweet summer corn, which was delicious and came studded with the lightest goat cheese, and rustic Old Bay potatoes, which were absolutely perfectly fried and came with a side of some honey mustard. We took a good amount of the sides home and they held up for a day or two! I was really impressed with the wine list here- there were a lot of solid options. The champagne in particular was excellent (and I am picky!). Our server, who I believe was Riley, really made it a special night. He was so attentive and had excellent suggestions. One touch that was so thoughtful was that we had declined dessert because we would be having birthday cake later, but mentioned that the banana tres leches sounded so good. He brought over a scoop of the banana ice cream that's typically on top of that dessert with a candle in it! It was so kind of him to listen to us but still recognize that it was a special occasion- and it was some of the best ice cream I've had in a long time (he said it is made in house every day with duck eggs, it was so rich and flavorful). We have already booked our return reservation here! Thanks to Evelyn Rose for a wonderful night with such memorable food.

We started with the seared octopus with chorizo, tomato couli and parsnip purée. Beautifully presented and delicious. I ordered the cavatelli with fresh ricotta and meatballs. It was really good. Only complaint was it was a little salty. The past was so fresh!! My husband has the ribeye with fresh veggies and a side of the beef fat fries. The steak was cooked perfectly and the fries were so good! We passed on dessert as I couldn't even finish my meal. It was all quite good. The service was high end.
