Customers may order foods from Loaded either online or at the counter. My husband's order arrived at our table after a reasonable time. He ate the Simple Smashy smashburger, fries, and a bacon-ranch corn dog. Perhaps he should have ordered a burger that contained more toppings. The fries were plain and nicely crispy. The corn dog had a crunchy panko coating, ranch-dressing drizzle, bacon crumbles, and scallions. He thought that the foods tasted OK and he ate about half of them, and I thought that they tasted good.

I got The Levittown shaved ribeye sandwich and it was amazing! Loaded with sautéed onions and housemade cheese whiz. Super messy but that's means it's legit we shared the fries - they were good and not super salty, but I prefer that over being too salty. My fiancé got the 916 burger and really enjoyed it! Hos only comment was that he felt there were too many onions - but he's not a big onion person and only eats small amounts of them when I use them in dishes at home. Me on the other hand, I would've loved the amount of onions!! I took a bite of the burger and it was really good! Everything was just so fresh and you can tell so much love goes into it. The ladies working were so sweet too. There is a decent amount of seating in there which is great! Street parking only though. Next time im in Sharpsburg i'll definitely go back!!

They serve food as well as ice cream, but I was only focused on the ice cream. There is hard and soft ice cream as well as lots of specialty items. Since I just finished a huge dinner, I ordered a small twist. Normally I would order a "blizzard", but they only have a 20 oz option. Had there been a smaller one, I would have gone there. My twist was served on my requested sugar cone for which I was happy. Often times places say they can't use a sugar cone for a twist. I know better and so does this place. Their soft serve was so similar to ours that I have to think they use the same dairy product. It was rich and creamy and wonderful. So happy we found this and since it's so close to the Drury Inn where we stay when in town, I know I will be back.

My visit was on a Saturday night in May around 9:30 PM. It was not crowded at all, as we were one of a few groups there at the time. Plenty of seating options both inside and out, and we had no issue finding seating that worked for us. There was no line to order, so after taking a minute or two to look over the menu, I went to put in the order. The girls working the counter were very personable and helpful. They let me sample a few of the flavors, and were engaging in conversation with all of the customers when waiting on them. The shop had a bigger menu with some food items like pizza, appetizers, salads, and more, but we did not try any on this trip. It would be a one-stop shop for dinner and dessert to come here and eat from both the food menu and then the ice cream menu. We ordered two of the Specialty Sundaes - the Chocolate Chip Cookie and the Greek Style. Both are served with vanilla soft serve. I believe you can switch that out for a different flavor or type, but we stuck with the vanilla. The sundaes were not bad, but they were very average. The price of these were both $7.99 each before tax, and I would have thought they would be a little bigger. On the Greek Style, the baklava was in pieces crumbled over the top as opposed to a larger, singular piece. The cookie on the Chocolate Chip Cookie Sundae was not an oversized one that usually comes on sundaes like that at other shops. I am not sure what kind it was, but it appeared to be something mass produced, almost like a Chips Ahoy. Again, they were not bad, but for the price and the fact that they were on the Specialty Sundae menu, I would have expected more than what we got. I thought the prices here were high for the quality and quantity of the items. I am not sure if the value was there for the prices, but I would have to determine that after visiting another time or two to see if it was a one-off or if that is how it is for everything. I enjoyed getting to try this place. It has a good atmosphere, and is probably a lively place in the summertime and when the weather is nice. I would be interested to try more of the menu on a return trip. I am not sure if I would recommend the Speciality Sundaes, but the hard ice creams that I sampled were good and worth getting if you are stopping here!

The food nor drink didn't have a bit of "soul" in it. I almost let it ruin my dining experience but instead I blessed it and thanked God for it. The food in my opinion was overpriced for the value of it. Pathetic presentation of the food, tasteless, and to top it off they actually charge you to use your card! (This should be mentioned beforehand so that customer's have the option to use cash.) I'm an ELITE YELPER (this means I review a lot of places & I base my reviews off of my honest first impressions) and a REAL foodie (I dine out at least 4 times per week) & I stand by every review my name is on. It was utterly & completely disappointing. The ONLY thing that somewhat redeemed this uneventful experience was that the cashier & wait staff were friendly. I'm willing to speak with the owners regarding my review. In the meantime, here's why I gave the rating that I did: 1. The food I received that day was very dry. The pasta salad was virtually dry noodles. 2. I was offered no dressing with side salad. 3. The salmon was extremely salty & cold in the middle. 4. My strawberry lemonade was purely syrup. 5. I had no idea the greens & mashed potatoes were a combo item. It is my hope that my review is considered as caring vs a negative review and that management would create some solutions to make the experience better for someone else.

There are so many ingredients to choose from that you can truly build a nutrient-dense meal that's customized exactly how you like it. Even though the bowl doesn't look huge at first, they really pack it full, and it ended up being much more filling than I expected. I also appreciated the variety of dressings, although I found the bowl so flavorful on its own that I didn't even need mine. I ended up saving the dressing to use with another meal later. I've only been here once, so I can't say too much yet, but my first impression was excellent. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the customer service was great. If you're looking for a healthy meal that's both satisfying and packed with fresh ingredients, this is definitely worth trying. I haven't been here enough to make a fair comparison to Roots Natural Kitchen, but the concepts are similar. Hello Bistro seems to offer even more topping options, while Roots feels a little more focused on grain bowls. My favorite additions were the roasted beets and goat cheese, but honestly, there are so many combinations that you could come back several times and have a completely different bowl each visit. Considering how generous they are with the toppings, I think it's a really good value.

The burger could have been from Wendy's for how small and generic the patties were and how soggy the bun was. Service was low-key and my food was ready quickly; in general this is good, but it added to my sense that the burger was glorified fast food. The restaurant has lots of seating.
