Today we went to this location for dinner around 5:30 PM. We placed an online order and it was ready by the time we got there. The inside of this location is small, but does look nice. Unfortunately all of their tables only seat 4 people, so if you have a large party you will be split up. We had 5 people and were able to add a chair at the end of it, but it was a tight fit. The food was average. In my experience the food at the Troy location is much better. My order had the wrong burger in it, and there were no straws or silverware (which was requested). There were no refills on our fountain drinks, which was understandable as they are only $1 in the app. I am glad that we were able to take advantage of multiple offers within the app, and were able to order $1 fountain drinks, $3 fries, and $5 shakes. On Sunday you can also get a free chicken sandwich. I appreciate that you can combine all of these offers! The customer service was sparse. One woman was friendly and greeted us, and everyone else just seemed to be dissociating. Maybe it was just bad timing but it seemed like all of the employees were taking their breaks at once. By the time we were leaving the was a line at the front door, and multiple people waiting for carryout orders. In the future, I will return to the Troy location. read more

New location in Novi everything should be spotless and friendlies. Nobody greets you when you walk in, nobody asks you if you need help ordering with the machines positioned right along the wall. Ordered single burger and a milkshake. Burger patty is like a smash burger small in size and the downer was half cold bun. Milkshake was ok nothing special. Definitely overpriced everything is extra. Dirty floors, dirty condiment counter and tables. There is better and cleaner places in the area to get your burger on. read more

It's not often that we go to these Shake Shacks. Neither of us eats burgers much or ever. Grabbed two of their chicken shack sandwiches fries. I always forget to bring my small to go packets of sriracha when I need it. This would be one of those times. I think a sauce for their chicken shack sandwich is needed, it's not hard, since they had have sauce used for their seasoned fries. read more

Burgers tasted great and service was fast and friendly. My issues and reason for 3 stars were due to overall value and layout of this location. Tiny burger I had cost $12... drink and fries are sold separately would have cost about $20. This location felt cold and the layout was awkward. The burgers were flat and looked nothing like the pictures. The price is a little ridiculous for the amount of food. Sorry but I can see myself coming back or recommending it to anyone else. read more

New Shake Shack location, yay! I've been to the Troy (x 2) locations before but now I live closer to this one. My go-to here is always a regular hamburger, with tomatoes, onions, Shack Sauce, pickles, and fries. Today I got the black truffle fries, which come with a super tasty truffle dipping sauce, so that was an $1 upcharge. Shake Shack is not inexpensive, as other reviewers have noted here, but watch for deals: right now they have an ongoing deal where,, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. every day until end of March, you can get a free shake if you spend $10+ at an in-store kiosk or through the app. My friend and I each used our own Shake Shack accounts on the app and she was able to make a new account for her husband as well, so we got three free shakes! Mine would've been $6.49, as I got the Brownie Batter shake. The shake was pretty tasty but usually I get the Cookies and Cream shake and I liked that a bit more. We did take out instead of dining in but the location looked clean and rather large, albeit with kind of an odd layout compared to the standalone Troy location IMO. All of our food was nice and fresh so I would come back here for either dining in or takeout. read more

This location is pretty good on their food. I enjoy coming here as the service is always great and the food comes out the way I order it. Sometimes they are slower, but as long as I'm not in a hurry and my order is correct I don't complain. Sometimes the restaurant is a little messy (bathroom and trash overfilling). But if you let someone know they will come out and take care of it. read more

We ordered a pick up order while we were driving from Detroit to the Lakeshore on the west side of the state, and the food was ready right when we arrived. Everything was warm, shakes were fresh, and all the extra sauces were provided. The restaurant was SO clean - the tables were clean, the bathroom was honestly spotless and smelled very good. I was impressed by how well the kept everything, and the food being fresh and very good made our time that much more enjoyable! Will definitely be back. read more

The restaurant by is clean and well lit. The staff checked on me a few times during my visit to make sore all was well. My Bieber was good and made to my specifications. Ok where can I start , me and my girlfriend I took her here for first time here thought it would be a nice date for me age of 23-25 years old thought it be nice to bring here , we order our food placed for dine in. As we was waiting we noticed that the server brought our fries before the food and he took our number that the workers had to find for our next food to come , and we were waiting for our main food to come, but it was taking forever. They said that they were looking for us in the restaurant, but we were in the restaurant the whole time and as does that we were out of veggie type stuff on the burger, but I asked them. Why didn't you guys ask before while we were waiting , and other people got their food before us and they got there late , I was very upset I had to get out the table to go talk to the workers , n told them yall take to long n my date is waiting for her food , so we ended up leaving taking the food to go . I received my order via Uber. Burger was ice cold, fries were ice cold. I did not receive my Lg Coke Zero. The food was not packed to keep it hot let alone keep it warm. So overpriced for the sizes I received. $35 for a burger not much bigger than a slider, fries were such a small container for the price. I'll stick with McDonald as lads in the future.
