Ordered the onion rings and the shake shack burger via Sugarland Space Cowboys strikeout benchmark. The manager was awesome and totally nice for this was our initial time visiting at this location. He made sure we were well attended and taken care of.

The wait time for my sandwich on a Thursday night was quite long, however, when it finally came... I was impressed! It was my first time trying the chicken shack sandwich and I thought it was seasoned well and crispy. The spicy fries have a good amount of powder on them so eat them slowly... you might cough up a storm. One of the workers, Rose, had such a sweet, infectious personality. Very eager to help my table and had a great sense of humor! She definitely elevated my dine-in experience. Clean location with lots of parking by the way...

This was my first time at a Shake Shack and I am now a fan! Ordering was very easy at the kiosk. The place is brand new and modern. Food came out very quickly. The food was delicious! Perfectly cooked and well seasoned. A bit pricey but definitely better than the average fast food. The manager even came by to ask how everything was. Very friendly. The bathrooms were clean.

Dubai chocolate shake

Back in July Shake Shack had a limited shake and we were lucky enough to get our hands on one, it was the Dubai Chocolate Shake. We were on a road trip at the time and thought we'd try our luck. So we get in the drive thru and I ask if they happen to have any (each store had a limited number). She says we are in luck! And luck indeed. It's so so good! I had only just been introduced to Dubai chocolate in June and couldn't get it out of my mind, so this hit the spot. Man, it is rich! We got one and shared it and that's really all we needed!

Chicken Shack burnt!

First time here! I wasn't too impressed. I ordered the chicken shack and as you can tell the chicken came out over fried and burnt. The inside is pretty basic nothing too spectacular. The young girl that was on the floor waiting tables and helping place orders on 6/6/25 @ 1pm was phenomenal! Her customer service was very attentive, helpful, and most importantly she was nice! Although my experience with the food wasn't memorable she made my first time overall experience pleasant! Keep up the great work!

Chicken Shack sandwich like leather. Thin and tough. I won't waste my hard earned money here ever again.

i love shake shack ALWAYS! this store was quite big and open inside, and the staff were very helpful and brought the food over hot and fresh! I had the shackburger and fries and chicken bites, it was super delicious, you can never go wrong with some shakeshack! i recommend this location!

Veggie Shack, BBQ Fries, Yuzu Honey Lemonade
Annie G.

Came here to satisfy my fast food cravings. Love their veggie burger!! They were so kind enough to offer me a lemonade sample of their new summer flavor- Yuzu honey lemonade, which I also enjoyed. It is a tad bit sweet but I still liked it even though we can't adjust the sugar. We got 2 vege shacks, 2 bbq fries, 1 lemonade; this added up to about $32. Pricey but yummy food. BBQ fries did lack spice though. We will surely be back for the vege burger! As you don't see many fast food places with a good vege burger (I don't like those fake meat burgers at all!).

ShackBurger Singles

Today is T-mobile Tuesday and my sister and I went to Shake Shack for the first time to see what the hype's all about and this specific location absolutely did not deliver. The ShackBurger singles that we ordered was rather small and basic compared to what you can order at other fast food restaurants, and their chicken bites were extra salty even while trying to mask the salt with vinegary sweet ketchup. At least they have a redeeming feature, the cookie and cream shake. It was perfectly creamy and not too sweet. ShackBurger 3/10 Chicken Bites 3/10 Cookie and Cream Shake 7.5/10 For a restaurant pretty packed for a T-mobile Tuesday, the place was fairly clean and the service was rather good for consistently carrying out huge number of orders in a timely manner. If it wasn't for the T-mobile Tuesday, I would probably not try this place. Especially with the mixed reviewed from family and friends. Save your money and go to In and Out instead.

True to form, this brand new Shake Shack is serving up fresh and delicious offerings. The place is absolutely spotless and everything is brand new. The staff is still bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, though I'd say it took longer to get our food than I've had at other locations. I expect speed of service will quicken with time and experience. They have a drive-thru and kiosks you can order from inside for ultimate convenience. But when it comes to the main event - Shake Shack has a burger that will make your eyes roll back into your head when you take that first bite. The chicken is searing hot and fresh. The cheese on the perfectly cooked fries was MEGA ADDICTIVE. We've been waiting with bated breath for the opening of this location, and I'd say it was worth the wait - they sure made us pay for it, though.

Shack Burger

We came here for their soft opening and ordered via drive thru. Customer service was ok. The people who greeted us in the beginning were helpful. But, the drive thru had a lot of staff that weren't proactive. A customer in front of us had to come out of his car to ask where his order was despite there being three attendants outside. The parking lot also looked unfinished because there were parts of it that were concrete and other parts that were gravel. As far as the food goes, it was pretty good. But, there's room for improvement. We ordered their Shack burger and Chicken sandwich. The beef patty was flavorful, but a bit too salty. However, the veggies were fresh and the potato bun was fluffy. The strawberry shake was fragrant, although a bit sweet for my liking. The cookies and cream shake was also a bit thick. I think the staff could've blended the cookies in more thoroughly so that it would be easier to drink the shake through the straw. It was still delicious and creamy. The chicken sandwich was juicy, but again, it was a bit too salty. They didn't have the veggie burger at the soft opening. I really wanted to try it. I guess I'll try it at the SL location. Overall, the food was good. I think this location just needs to iron out their food seasoning and consistency, training of their staff, and finishing their parking lot.

Cheese Fries
Angela K.

Prior to my most recent visit, I had gotten takeout from here a few times, and the quality was subpar. I always thought this specific location was mid compared to the one in rice village. However, I feel like they definitely stepped it up, and the food was so much better this time around. The burgers were served fresh and hot. The chicken was crispy and juicy. The fries didn't seem too soggy even with the cheese. The coffee and donut shake was just okay- the flavors are very subtle. At that point I'd rather get a vanilla shake instead. Service was alright... most ordering takes place at the kiosks anyways. Ample amounts of parking, but the lot can fill up quickly during peak lunch/dinner hours.

Once we return back to the campus, My son completed his sandwich, and most fries, once I got to my tenders, the chicken was very hard, as if they were cooked twice, and became inedible, they were also cold. The biscuit was also cold and very harden, like almost crackers at the bottom. It was not much bread texture of a biscuit. I called several times, to report the subpar food. No one answer either time I contact them. I return back to the place after the ceremony, with 2 out of 3 of the tenders, and its was completely empty, inside and drive-thru. I visit the drive-thru window and gave details and about the order and inform that I indeed called, but no answer. and the Store Manager Bernice had a very nasty attitude. I got bad freaking food and Bernice had the nerve to have. NASTY AS attitude. Girlfriend are you serious. She was loud and pointing her finger saying that when I request a refund that I need to return ALL THE FOOD, while she was continuing to talk shit. I was so confused. Because I was all of respectful and paid my money for crap. Clown all you were going to do was trash it. BERNICE WAS UNPROFESSIONAL because fries and a biscuit was missing and did not go to the trash? Girl get a clue. I mentioned it was my first time so it would take me a bit of time to he said no problem and started walking me through the menu and recommending options based on my answers to his questions. I settled on the double bacon burger with avocados and tater tots with barbecue sauce for dipping and a flavored lemonade. He offered to add a jaggers sauce and explained with the expertise of a trained sommelier the ingredients and flavor profile of said sauce. True to his word, it was indeed smokey with a hint of pepper. The line moved quickly, payment was easy, and I was on my way. The burger was juicy and had all the right proportions for the condiments. I checked and it had mayonnaise and mustard, but it was still a bit bland. In hindsight, I should have added some of the jaggers sauce, but I didn't want the sauce to overpower the avocado and bacon flavors. Tots were good and seasoned. The drink was about 1/3 beverage and 2/3 ice so I made a mental note to ask for light ice next time. Overall, great meal with lots of options to try later. Excellent customer service and a great first impression. This was a car in the driveway after a long day meal so unfortunately, I didn't take pictures.

Best Sliders in Houston - Fresh and Delicious Every Time!…read more I stopped by Chubbies Sliders at 14775 Memorial Dr in Houston's Energy Corridor, and wow, it exceeded all expectations! This spot is a gem for anyone craving perfect little burgers and more - fast-casual done right with a focus on quality. The standout for me is how everything is cooked to order and delivered hot and fresh - no soggy or lukewarm food here! I got the Combo 3 with a mix of sliders: the classic Chubbie (juicy beef patty, grilled onions, American cheese, and that addictive Chubbie sauce), the Rodeo Clown (with bacon, onion ring, and cheddar - pure indulgence), and the Firecracker for a spicy kick. Each one was perfectly seasoned, tender, and bursting with flavor on those soft buns. The crispy fries were spot-on - hot, golden, and nicely salted - and paired amazingly with the sliders. I also tried the house-breaded chicken tenders, which were crunchy outside and juicy inside. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the whole meal hit the spot without feeling heavy. The place is clean, the staff is super friendly and efficient (even during a busy lunch rush), and it's great for takeout or a quick bite. Mostly carry-out vibe with a few seats, but that's perfect for the fresh-made focus. Chubbies has quickly become my go-to for sliders in Houston. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and try it - you won't be disappointed! Highly recommend!

Interesting…read moreconcept, as the only other slider "restaurant" that comes to mind is White Castle, to which I haven't been so cannot speak to how this compares. I placed an online order - it quoted my food to be ready in 15 minutes but I got the text that it was ready in just 7 minutes. Fast service! When you pull up, it's a bit hidden in the strip center so keep an eye out for the Chubbies sign or you might unknowingly drive past. The restaurant itself is very small with only a few tables for dining in, so I think it's meant to be more of a takeout place. My food was ready for me to pick up on the shelf to the right of the counter. I was able to get additional napkins and ketchup at the adjacent self-serve station. I got the Chubbie and Rodeo Clown sliders with a side of fries. Total came out to just over $11 after tax which is pretty reasonable for lunch. The Chubbie is their classic slider, patty with cheese and diced onions. The Rodeo Clown was a patty with cheese, bacon, and onion ring. These came with a side of their house Chubbie sauce for dipping. I did like the Rodeo Clown much more because of the add-ons for the same price as the Chubbie. Nonetheless, both sliders tasted good and with the side of fries, I was content. I will say that the real deal was a bit of a disappointment compared to the photos they have on their online menu. IRL, the sliders appeared smaller and flatter. The fries were standard straight cut fries served in a paper bag. I do wish that they would have at least put the fries in a cup or butcher paper inside the bag, because all the grease got soaked up in the paper bag and made for a bit of a mess. I hope that this place makes it, as the employee (owner?) working the counter when I came in seemed like a genuine guy who was happy to help. I'd love to try more of their sliders as well as the chicken tenders because I read that these are massive!

The onion rings had a cake-like texture--soft and sweet--but I think they could improve the batter so they stay a little sweet while still getting that crisp bite.
