When I first arrived I had high hopes for this place. The smell inside was even satisfying, almost like subways smells. But then I ordered a bubble tea and a California roll as well as a vegetarian wrap. The wrap was very bland. The bubble tea was not great either, just powder and ice in a blender... And then to top it off the California roll smelt very odd and was not fresh food, which left a disgusting taste in my mouth I couldn't get rid of with the bubble tea alone. I saw a family walking into the subway sandwich place next door and I told them, "You are going to the wrong place...this place has the best food in the state"..the stopped in their tracks and the father gathered his kids and they walked in. i had to sit there to see their reactions to the food. It was worth the wait...they were making those 'great food faces" and I could tell they were loving their food. This place made our entire order to go wrong! Philly Cheese Steak had no cheese and had veggie on it that were not listed on menu. Husband ordered california chicken club and got a turkey sandwich. I can"t believe the high ratings I'm seeing for this place. This is my first review on Yelp, I'm signing up just to post this. Wow what a disappointment! The menu states fresh 1/3 lb burgers, not!!!! Those are frozen 1/3 lb chuck burgers from Costco. Cooked to death, no juice left, I know I've eaten plenty of them,off the bar-b-que. $13.00 dollars with burger, onion rings and chocalate shake, all were sub-par. Fight broke out in kitchen with Husband-Wife??? Team/owner??? not sure who they were?, that was somewhat entertaining. Best thing about the place was they had fry sauce. Will never darken thier door again. Drive-thru's would be a better choice than this joint, bad, bad, bad!!!!!!!!!! read more

Went there with a friend we ordered our food. I ordered a burger basket and a chocolate shake. We asked the lady behind the counter to read back our Order she did but left out my chocolate shake. My friend and I both at the same time said don't forget the chocolate shake. She replied no chocolate shake. I asked what do you mean no chocolate shake what is your blender broke or something or are you out of chocolate syrup? No shakes anymore she said to me rather rudely. We no longer serve shakes here any more it hurts my hands to scoop out the ice cream. I said your restaurant is called shake and go isn't it. She said again no shakes. I said to her ever think of maybe turning the temp up just a tad so the ice cream won't be so hard and hurt your hands scooping it out. I asked one more question to her. Why then do you have that huge section that states you serve 20 different flavors of shakes still above your head. Her reply do you want something else to drink or not? I told her no I don't and me and my friend walked out the door and went to the burger stop down the street where I could get a shake with my meal. While my family enjoys Shake N Go in general as a burger joint that is several steps above fast food, this particular one in Everett is just bad. The bun to meat ratio is too big, they skimp on the good ingredients and I guess expect cheaper ones to make up for the flavor. Therefore I got a California burger with basically no avocado and tons of purple onion, as has been the case all 3 times I've been to this Shake N Go. The fries are also skimped on and not even cooked well. Today was the last straw (hah) when I got an oreo milkshake that was basically really cold milk. It is so totally obvious that they are skimping on quality to save money, and for the price, that's just not acceptable. Go to the Shake N Go in Marysville for a much better experience!! read more

So happy I came across this place! Just driving though back to Seattle and I drive by this place. Stopped in not expecting anything and am SO pleasantly surprised! Kind of an odd combo of foods to offer but whatever. Ate a bacon cheese burger that I think was well done and reasonably priced. The toppings on the burger were incredibly fresh! (I.e. the lettuce and like) The fries were good, unsalted, but I thought that was great. The "fry sauce" is a great compliment. And the service was super friendly. I might not be able to come back since I don't live here but I will write a glowing review so that others might choose this place also. Keep up the good work! read more

Burgers, shakes, and onion rings are good. The wraps, not so much. I ordered a Chicken Caesar wrap, my husband a Cajun Chicken wrap. They were pretty flavorless. The chicken wasn't seasoned and there was very little dressing which was the only thing with flavor. We'll stick with burgers. My dad and I had mushroom burgers, and the burger and buns were very dry. They kept secret sauce handy, so I kept piling it on but it was still dry. The mushrooms themselves were good. I had a chocolate banana shake, and they underserved it by a quarter, which is strange, because it was a small cup for the $4.00. It was also thinner than any other shake I've ever had. This place is fantastic! The food is all super fresh, NOT frozen and you can tell. I don't think I've had a better burger anywhere. The wraps are my favorite. Definately the best I have Ever had anywhere. They are healthy and delicious. The only thing that would make them even better would be if they also offered whole wheat/multigrain wraps instead of just white ones. The wraps are huge and you can choose from many many different ingredients. The staff is very friendly and give great service. I love this place and will love it even more when they offer whole grain wraps. Give it a try. You won't be sorry. read more

My office got their food for a meeting, everyone ranted about how good it was...untill 6 of the 7 people (all of which had chicken of some kind) got very very sick. I ate there once prior to this incident and thought it was pretty good, but will never go again. Too risky, would rather go to Z's Burgers or Burgermaster where the food is better and nobody I know has gotten sick. Maybe the other locations are better? read more
