The person "helping" us argued that nothing was their fault, they must have read the order back and I didn't correct them (we order two of the same burgers!) so I'd need to pay (not the issue, it's like $1) and wait some more for the right burger. I gave up and ate my by-thay-point cold burger. Honestly, this could have been so easily fixed. We were fine with our order being forgotten and I would have happily exchanged the burger I got for the one I ordered. There wasn't even an attempt to make up for the forgotten meal - instead they made it worse.

I love the burgers at Shake n Go! The Broadway location is the best by far! I love the bacon cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. It's better quality than red robin and is ran by a MOM and POP! I haven't tried the shakes yet but every time I go there seems to a be a lot of people trying them. Next time for sure! read more

For a real treat, try the salmon burger with onion rings. It's a little pricier than the other menu items but ohhh so worth it. Chicken Caesar wrap is my second favorite. Naturally, the staff are always glad to see their customers and make them feel valued. read more
