The mix-ins - pistachios and kataifi (the little crunchy things in Dubai chocolate) - weren't bad, but in my opinion, there weren't enough mix-ins to justify the higher price. As with most places that offer Dubai chocolate things, I felt like they were kind of stingy with the kataifi. That being said, I did enjoy the ice cream and thought the staff was friendly. I visited the shop several times during my time in Cleveland, and each visit was outstanding. No matter what flavor malt I got, each one turned out delicious.
