Eastern sun, a welcoming feeling. Except in the July intense heat. Temps were reduced and helped w the cooling of the RV

We have had our second "shade Pro" awning screen for a while. this year temps hit 91-96 in Nebraska City Ne. July 27-28-25 the morning sun temp rose quickly on the Eastern Rising sun. Our Shade Pro took the edge off the morning sun. We like the shade Pro.

Ken, was at Vista Elks servicing another repair. My awning shade roller was detached, he was totally awesome when I asked if he could assess. Helped me out and the repair was completed in minutes! Thank you so much.

Have purchased from Shade pro several times. Great service and always great products. Replaced both on our Grand Design Reflection 337RLS. Highly recommend Shade Pro.

I absolutely love this company and their products - it's seems most of the negative reviews are in regards to installation I guess I am fortunate that I can complete most installation on my MotorCoach myself. My first experience with ShadePro was when I purchased my VistaShade Awning Screen after taking the measurements myself I completed the order form and within a few days my order arrived - the installation was simple and the results were amazing, I would never consider making this type of purchase from any other supplier after seeing the quality of the products and the exceptional customer service I experience. I recently ordered and installed the ShadePro Step-Covers, again I'm so impressed with the quality I found the pricing surprisingly reasonable. The installation was simple and the fit was perfect. I have no doubt these guys will continue to be the ones I look to as I continue to upgrade my RV...

Shade Pro did an excellent job both manufacturing and installing our new awning fabric, shades and our pop out covers.

They were flexible with working around the other work I had done on the house. I changed the type of gutter, AFTER they had measured for the awning, and they made it work. Looks fabulous. Manny is outstanding to work with as was his crew. Their price is right (very fair), and the quality is excellent. Highly recommend this company.

Problem: No protection from sun or rain at the entry doors of our new garage and "companion unit"…read moreplus some leaking water in a recent rainstorm. Solution: Install nice-looking awnings over the entry doors and seal the top edges against the building. Manny from Awning Solutions came to our house to see the install location and showed us a variety of awning types and a rainbow of Sunbrella fabric colors and patterns. We decided that three awnings were needed, each a slightly different width. The Awning Solutions team quickly manufactured the needed frames and fabric covers. Installers Joe and Jaime arrived promptly on installation day, attached the finished units, and showed us the best way to clean and care for the fabric, which we expect to last 10 years or longer. Ariana managed our various communications smoothly (including asking for this Yelp review.) When we discovered that the awnings hadn't been sealed (we'd forgotten to specify that detail in our agreement) Joe came back the next day to get it done. Thanks for your good work, folks! The new awnings look great!

This review concerns only my experience with Pacific Patio's bidding process. The proposal I received did not include any meaningful detail about the materials that would be used. When I asked specific questions--such as whether the support posts would be steel or aluminum--the salesperson refused to answer. Instead, he responded sarcastically, "Do you want me to tell you what kind of bolts we're going to use?" My answer is yes. The materials matter. The type of bolts, fasteners, posts, and other structural components affects the durability and safety of the finished product. Lower-quality hardware may perform differently under wind loads and over time, so it's reasonable for a customer to know what is being proposed. I repeatedly asked for a list of the materials that would be used, but the salesperson would not provide one. Without that information, I had no meaningful way to compare Pacific Patio's proposal with competing bids. Just as importantly, I would have had no clear basis for holding the contractor accountable if different materials were substituted during the project. The salesperson also became increasingly dismissive as I continued asking for this information. That lack of transparency and professionalism led me to award the project--worth approximately $100,000--to another contractor. I'm sharing this experience so that prospective customers know to ask for a detailed written description of the materials included in any proposal before making a decision.

He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and I loved his old school vibe. We made an appointment to the estimate and he was very prompt. Meeting Red, talking to him about our patio cover plans, and having him answer any questions we had was such an enjoyable experience. Red, and his partner, Ed have been building these patio covers for a while now. They are a locally owned licensed business that do the work themselves. They utilize quality Four Seasons building materials that require little to no maintenance. The bid we were given and the honest way that Red talked about his life and business clinched it for us. We chose a date, Red & Ed came out the day before the start to make sure we were all on the same page about the build, and the next day began. Ed, and his assistant Isiah, came promptly at the time they said they would. They set up and got started right away. Both of them were also very personable, and experienced. We were told that our project would take about 2 1/2 days, and it did exactly that! From start to finish , this company delivered a quality product that looks beautiful, and should last a very long time. I wish all people ran their companies like Red and Ed, with honesty and integrity. If you are in need of a patio cover, please reach out to Aluminum City. I promise you won't regret it!

Response to owner's reply: To clarify for future readers,…read morewe were given multiple different explanations throughout this process regarding the materials. At one point, we were told the materials were being held at a warehouse due to financial issues unrelated to our project. Additionally, in the signed refund agreement, we were explicitly told we would receive a refund regardless of whether the manufacturer provided a refund to the company. Even after formal remedies were initiated, there were still opportunities to resolve this matter directly. Full materials were ever delivered to our home, and the patio cover was never completed. Our review reflects our direct experience based on those facts. Original Review: Working with this company was the most stressful experience we've had with a home project. We paid a significant upfront amount for materials and the initial demo and cement work for a patio in July 2025. The demo and cement were completed, but the materials we paid for were never delivered and the patio was left unfinished. After taking our payment for materials, the owner failed to provide them. Despite repeated attempts to get updates and resolve the issue, communication became inconsistent. He offered a refund, but that was never delivered either. We were ultimately forced to pursue formal remedies to try to recover our money and are still dealing with this as of March 2026. Avoid this company. It is not worth the stress, time, or financial risk.
