I purchased my motorcycle from this dealership, which is very close to my house. I had some…read morecomplaints about the service dept at one time, but they have always been really helpful and professional, even giving me updates thru txt on the status of my repair. I get all my preventative maintenance done here and it's very affordable. Just remember to give them a couple weeks lead time and don't try to schedule something last minute. On Saturdays, they often have live music, beer, a tattoo artist, and food! It's definitely worth checking out! Great mercy availability and they can't order pretty much anything from an approved aftermarket manufacturer and install for you. Really have loved having this dealership so close!

My husband and I stopped at this dealership because we are in the market for a new bike. We saw a…read morebike we liked in the shop and asked JP about the bike and if we could start it up. The seat was off the bike and we asked what was wrong with the bike and why it was in the shop. JP told us that they just got the bike in and that they were checking the bike out and retuning it. We assumed JP went to find the keys to start her up. We found out that a mechanic saw our interest in the bike and pulled JP to the side to tell JP that he couldn't sell us the bike because the motor was blown. Apparently, a fist fight happened outside because the mechanic told JP not to sell us the bike and JP didn't want to loose the sale..... We have had bad experiences before at this dealership with long wait times on service, bad communication, high staff overturn, low inventory of merchandis, and now ETHICS. Big mistake JP. HUGE.....We went to Moonshine HD in Franklin and bought a 2026 Road Glide. Moonshine HD hasn't let us down yet. We knew better than to go to Columbia and we finally learned our lesson. We won't be doing business there EVER. Buyer beware..... ZERO star rating I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Go see Taylor at Moonshine HD....

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT TAKE YOUR MOTORCYCLE TO THIS SHOP FOR REPAIR…read more If I could give this shop a zero star rating I would. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. First of all, they make you sign a document before they even look at your motorcycle which basically covers them from any legal repercussions. Then, they won't give you an estimate on your repair bill. For the work I needed done, I called around to a few different Harley dealers and all of them said the job should be billed around 2.5 to 3 hours labor. When they finally call me back, they slap me with a bill for 8 hours labor. Mind you, a cam and adjustable push rod job is only 6 hours labor at a dealer and my job had nothing to do with any engine work nor should take 8 hours. They have no book rates and will charge "as long as it takes them to do the job". If you call and ask for a quote on something simple like an oil change or new tire installation, they won't give you a price. I have no problem paying a competent technician for his/her time. What I do have a problem with is not giving your customer an estimate and just doing the work anyways then slapping the customer with a huge bill. And the last thing... When I went to pickup my motorcycle, one of the employees got right up in my face and started scolding me because he got caught in the act of over charging labor via another shop who confronted him. Not cool. Please read the other horrible reviews of this shop and do not ignore them. You have been warned!

I've been in here a handful of times and it's about half and half, but if I've asked for help someone always did. Great parts department. Chris is the kind of guy you want to have running that area to make sure you're getting the right gear/parts for your situation. Seems like a top notch dealership, but the one time I inquired about service on a bike I bought used, they seemed to try to sell me a run of the mill package service "since they'd never seen it before" instead of just addressing the things my bike might need. Also this was being pushed onto me by some kid who didn't seem to know much about anything (I've worked in motorcycle shops for 7 years of my life). He seemed to be the only numbskull there, though, so that was promising. The chain on the bike that I bought had been neglected and he was also suggesting, "Well, if you're gonna do the chain, you should do the sprockets, too." My sprockets were fine. Early summer tire deal is a good deal.

The guys there washed it for me when i pointed it out. The fender was still wet when i drove it home. Once home and the bike was dried, i could see scratches on the back fender where the grass had been weed wacked onto it. I was able to get a detailer to work them out. Nothing deep, but still surface scratches and grass on a beautiful low mileage bike. They may be mechanically good but I wouldn't trust them again. If your bike has a nice paint job - i recommend you may want to look elsewhere. I know it was the landscapers who did the damage but still, if my bike is there i trust it should be safe.
