My name is Glenn Miller and here are my thoughts on Polaris and Columbia Powersports:…read more I brought my 2019 Polaris Ranger 1000 XP EPS 20th anniversary edition in for a complete service. Kurt in the service department took the time to explain to me what all was involved in the "C" service what it would cost. I agreed and asked about replacing the belt while they had it and he quoted the cost to which I agreed and added to the work order. I had some aftermarket parts that were Polaris approved and asked for an install price to do it while it was there...again, Kurt to time to explain to me what it would take to do it and quoted me a priced and I agreed to it. During the service a couple of parts were found to be in bad shape and in need of replacement and Kurt called me to let me know and ask before he just did it and hit me with an unexpected charge. I agreed the work should be done and Kurt quickly took care of replacing the parts. Then an unexpected situation arose with a very expensive part that was found to be bad and Kurt called me to discuss my options. Now remember my unit is a 2019 and WELL out of warranty, but Kurt suggested I let him contact Polaris to see if anything could be done on their end. Much to my surprise Kurt called me the next day to let me know that the Polaris techs had walked the service tech through a few steps to identify the issue with my part. It was determined that my part was IN FACT faulty and Polaris stood behind the part and sent a replacement to Kurt to install. The only cost to me on the part was the installation charge which was nothing in comparison to the cost of the part. All I can say is that Polaris, Columbia Powersports, Kurt as well as Brian in the service department all worked together to win me over as a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! Service like I received is pretty much unheard of these days and I want to let it be known that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Columbia Powersports, their GREAT service staff and Polaris to ANYONE in need of their product or services!!! A++++++++++++ Service!! Thank you

Columbia Powersports doesn't list prices on anything quads, UTVs, dirt bikes, nothing. When I asked…read morewhy, the salesman said, "that's what I'm here for." That line tells you everything you need to know. If a business hides prices, it's because they want control not to help customers. It's a shady, manipulative process that wastes time and insults anyone with common sense. In 2025, no serious buyer is playing guessing games. Transparency builds trust; secrecy kills it. This kind of "hide the number until you're in the office" nonsense belongs in the past. Post your prices, respect your customers, or keep losing them one by one.

My husband and I stopped at this dealership because we are in the market for a new bike. We saw a…read morebike we liked in the shop and asked JP about the bike and if we could start it up. The seat was off the bike and we asked what was wrong with the bike and why it was in the shop. JP told us that they just got the bike in and that they were checking the bike out and retuning it. We assumed JP went to find the keys to start her up. We found out that a mechanic saw our interest in the bike and pulled JP to the side to tell JP that he couldn't sell us the bike because the motor was blown. Apparently, a fist fight happened outside because the mechanic told JP not to sell us the bike and JP didn't want to loose the sale..... We have had bad experiences before at this dealership with long wait times on service, bad communication, high staff overturn, low inventory of merchandis, and now ETHICS. Big mistake JP. HUGE.....We went to Moonshine HD in Franklin and bought a 2026 Road Glide. Moonshine HD hasn't let us down yet. We knew better than to go to Columbia and we finally learned our lesson. We won't be doing business there EVER. Buyer beware..... ZERO star rating I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Go see Taylor at Moonshine HD....

The service desk used to be great, but they got rid of their good parts staff about a year ago and now nobody will even acknowledge you're standing right in front of them. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT TAKE YOUR MOTORCYCLE TO THIS SHOP FOR REPAIR…read more If I could give this shop a zero star rating I would. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. First of all, they make you sign a document before they even look at your motorcycle which basically covers them from any legal repercussions. Then, they won't give you an estimate on your repair bill. For the work I needed done, I called around to a few different Harley dealers and all of them said the job should be billed around 2.5 to 3 hours labor. When they finally call me back, they slap me with a bill for 8 hours labor. Mind you, a cam and adjustable push rod job is only 6 hours labor at a dealer and my job had nothing to do with any engine work nor should take 8 hours. They have no book rates and will charge "as long as it takes them to do the job". If you call and ask for a quote on something simple like an oil change or new tire installation, they won't give you a price. I have no problem paying a competent technician for his/her time. What I do have a problem with is not giving your customer an estimate and just doing the work anyways then slapping the customer with a huge bill. And the last thing... When I went to pickup my motorcycle, one of the employees got right up in my face and started scolding me because he got caught in the act of over charging labor via another shop who confronted him. Not cool. Please read the other horrible reviews of this shop and do not ignore them. You have been warned!
