I too, Became a Victim of S & G Cycles In Columbia Tn, Mr.Sam ( the owner) as he is called by everyone sounds very honest when you talk to him upfront, and he does have a certain charm, but that's because he has worked on his communication with people a long time, so at first they learn to trust him, But its not that way afterwards, The price he gave you upfront is Not what you'll pay when you pick up your motorcycle. I had to learn the hardway, went in to have my bike tuned up, he said it would probably take couple of hours, which he charges $40 an hour, with that said, I let him and his crew do it, after the next day I called and he said they were still working on it, but should be through the next day, I called again, He was out of the office and Ronnie his right hand man told me I would have to wait talk to Sam, So again, I called the next day, He told me he replaced many things on my bike that needed replacing, So when I went to pick up my bike my bill was $582.00 , He said it took them 7 hours to work on my bike, Which all I wanted was a basic tuneup, Change Plugs, Carb Adjustment, just mainly a couple of hours of work for the tune up. But I was Flabbergasted when he told me how much my Bill was, and time involved etc, I too, was not supplied with a work order sheet , just a price written on a piece of paper, after a few minutes I realized I didn't have a choice so I went ahead and paid my bill, I consider it a lesson well learned, P.S My Bike doesn't exactly run right now, I've had to take it elsewhere to get it done right, Just Don't take your motorcycles to S & G Cycles in Columbia, Wish someone had told me before I went there sooner. read more
