He told me that the service manager no longer worked for Castle and the owner of Castle said to tell me the issue never happened, even though there was video and pictures plus in writing. WOW! My bike is a 2007' KAW and was damaged during transport in my move to TN. (I will never hire a transporter again). The KAW never leaked oil in the 15 years I owned it until the bike was transported. After SE Motorsports diagnosed the problem, it turned out to be a cracked oil pan. For that year and model, KAW does not supply the part any longer, so the parts/service team went to work and found a good condition part that matches my bike. The employees did a great job with their communication and sent me updated estimates as needed. I ride about 12,000 miles a year so having a top-notch mechanic business like SE Motorsports is a big deal to me. A big thank you to the Southeast Motorsports team.

I found it a great place to buy a motorcycle. Skeeter took great care of me with my bike purchase. They have a great supply of used bikes due to being a national chain. They also found me an excellent interest rate for the financed part. Highly recommend this place, check them out. I will update this review as I purchased the 3 year warranty and got the battery warranty free. Doubt I'll have a battery issue in 3 years but I will report back. Well this disabled Veteran made a few mistakes on this Easter weekend. I didn't realize this at the time until I went to pick up my side by side today, Good Friday, after some 'warranty' work. My heavens, didn't realize how hustled I was buying the extended warranty. It apparently doesn't cover anything, even though the limited CF Moto warranty states that it does. I was told it was a busted break caliper. Ok, bought extended warranty so we're good. Was sent picture showing break fluid leaking, huh? I have date stamped pictures when I loaded up my vehicle on trailer & guess what, there ain't no leaks. No leaks on trailer, nor in their parking lot. So if there was a leak, it happened in their service shop. So there's the first inconsistency. Waited almost 3 weeks because I was told that they're waiting on part. Uh....ok.....So I started calling CF Moto dealers in Dickson and Nashville, guess what they have plenty of parts in stock. So there's the second inconsistency. When I went to pick my side by side up, I was sandbagged with a $613 invoice. No calls or heads up. :-( Oops, gosh that stinks. Talked to owner why caliper wasn't covered but honestly, in my opinion, this guy is so crooked he could swallow a nail & spit up a cork screw. They charged me, a retired disabled Veteran, $373.99 w/o tax for rear break caliper. I could have bought it for $299 w/o tax from CF Moto directly. That's a heck of a mark up SouthLand Sports tacks on. And even if it isn't covered under warranty, then I should have option of aftermarket right? And at fraction of price? Nah, that's not how this shady outfit works. Very crooked & predatory sweatshop. I was warned by a couple of are dear neighbors, oh boy they were right. SouthLand Sports business practices would make Californians and Wall Streeters blush.

We are under warranty and they will not give us any details. We are at their mercy and without a mower. Our grass is out of control on our 3 acre property and we can not mow. SouthLand of Lexington is incompetent and unprofessional. We have purchased other things from them in the past and this is the first warranty issue we have had. They will not fix it or cover it, and our zero turn is sitting in their shop while we have no answers. We have a warranty that we are entitled to.

It's a shady, manipulative process that wastes time and insults anyone with common sense. In 2025, no serious buyer is playing guessing games. Transparency builds trust; secrecy kills it. This kind of "hide the number until you're in the office" nonsense belongs in the past. Post your prices, respect your customers, or keep losing them one by one.

The gearshaft/propshaft problem is a serious design flaw that Polaris is aware of, yet has not properly addressed. A machine at this price point should not fail so quickly, and customers should not be left with expensive repairs and downtime. Customer service has been unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility. Until Polaris acknowledges and fixes the gearshift issue on the 2025 Ranger 570, I cannot recommend their products. Buyers deserve better reliability and accountability.
