    My name is Glenn Miller and here are my thoughts on Polaris and Columbia Powersports:…read more I brought my 2019 Polaris Ranger 1000 XP EPS 20th anniversary edition in for a complete service. Kurt in the service department took the time to explain to me what all was involved in the "C" service what it would cost. I agreed and asked about replacing the belt while they had it and he quoted the cost to which I agreed and added to the work order. I had some aftermarket parts that were Polaris approved and asked for an install price to do it while it was there...again, Kurt to time to explain to me what it would take to do it and quoted me a priced and I agreed to it. During the service a couple of parts were found to be in bad shape and in need of replacement and Kurt called me to let me know and ask before he just did it and hit me with an unexpected charge. I agreed the work should be done and Kurt quickly took care of replacing the parts. Then an unexpected situation arose with a very expensive part that was found to be bad and Kurt called me to discuss my options. Now remember my unit is a 2019 and WELL out of warranty, but Kurt suggested I let him contact Polaris to see if anything could be done on their end. Much to my surprise Kurt called me the next day to let me know that the Polaris techs had walked the service tech through a few steps to identify the issue with my part. It was determined that my part was IN FACT faulty and Polaris stood behind the part and sent a replacement to Kurt to install. The only cost to me on the part was the installation charge which was nothing in comparison to the cost of the part. All I can say is that Polaris, Columbia Powersports, Kurt as well as Brian in the service department all worked together to win me over as a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!! Service like I received is pretty much unheard of these days and I want to let it be known that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Columbia Powersports, their GREAT service staff and Polaris to ANYONE in need of their product or services!!! That line tells you everything you need to know. If a business hides prices, it's because they want control not to help customers. It's a shady, manipulative process that wastes time and insults anyone with common sense. In 2025, no serious buyer is playing guessing games. Transparency builds trust; secrecy kills it. This kind of "hide the number until you're in the office" nonsense belongs in the past. Post your prices, respect your customers, or keep losing them one by one.

    I thought it was important to write this review because money is hard to come by, and we should get…read morethe very best value for our money. With that being said, I did not end up using Joe & Dent Ding Hail Pro. Why? Here goes... Communication (-1 star)--It took two days for him to call me back and give me a quote. I understand he is busy, and I do appreciate his call back because these days, sometimes you don't get that at all. I do feel like a 5-star company will give you a call back within 24 hours. He is EXTREMELY vocal about his ratings so I wanted to let him know what most consumers deem as "excellent". Price (-1 star)--I told him that the price was more than I had in mind. He asked what I was thinking and I said about half of what he quoted ($300). He stated its a difficult area and can't be done for that (two others quoted me $150) he also did not give me an option to come to him verses him coming to me, as I have read others were offered. He knew the price was an issue and this could have potentially saved me money and better allowed for me to work with his price. I quoted prices with three similar companies, but really wanted to use this outfit because he is local. I understand he is mobile and definitely should get paid for the "house call". I do not know what his rate is to travel, but would have gladly paid around $75 for the 15-minute trip and convenience bringing us up to around $225 in my mind. I had a small, minor dent in the style line of my passenger door inflicted from a shopping cart. I decided to go with a company in Franklin that charged half his rate and did a fantastic job, therefore it CAN be done for less and that is exactly what I am trying to portray to other Yelpers. Shop around for the best deal and don't fall for the smoke and mirrors! Three stars because he does seem like a stand-up guy that truly is working hard for his money.

    My car had a bunch of dings on the hood because I have a pecan tree that just nailed my car. Joe…read morewas able to remove all 10 on my hood, plus two door dings and the hatch, which I had bent from my garage door. Joe was great on communication and let me know the day before he would be there and gave me an ETA the day of prior to coming. Great guy and exceptional work. My car looks brand new. Thank you!
