It was the first time for the majority of those in my party and we enjoyed every part of it. The owner, Elie was awesome!! He was engaging and passionate about what he does, plus he did most of the planning (in conjunction)with my MOH so everything ran smoothly. I unfortunately had a horrible injury during the bike tour and broke my ankle in 3 places, so didn't fully take in every aspect of the tour, but I experienced enough to give it 5 stars. Especially considering the fact that I was transported 30 or so minutes away from the vineyards we were about to visit & Elie went out of his way to come pick me up from the hospital after I was discharged so I could rejoin my group and take advantage of the remainder of the tour. If that's NOT great customer service...I don't know what is!‍ If Napa/San Francisco are on your list of destinations to visit...definitely look him up!!

Both of them were very professional and accommodating with any requests. I sometimes like to chat during long rides, so I appreciated that the banter wasn't too awkward. It made hte ride more enjoyable. The cars were spacious and super clean, equipped with a charging cable, plenty of Fiji water, and AC set to a comfortable temperature. I really felt spoiled and taken care of. Overall, I was really impressed with the ride and service. It's going to be really hard for me to ride in a regular taxi or uber since experiencing riding with AAA Limo. Book them. You won't regret it.

Pros: The driver was on time, polite, and kind. The bus itself was spacious and met our needs as far as setting up bluetooth and playing music. The driver followed our itinerary well and was on time for pick ups and drop offs. Cons: On the way back home, the bus started smoking out of the AC vents - it became overheated in the 100+ degree temperatures. After a full afternoon of wineries and about 20 minutes away from our destination, all 13 women had to evacuate on the side of a country road in the middle of no where. We had to carry all our belongings (ice chests, etc) to a small dirt side road in sweltering 100 degree temperatures. The bus was unable to continue the journey, so we had to call ubers and get relatives/friends to come pick us up and take us the rest of the way. While I understand that things happen, I expected more from Sky 1 Limousine in regards to a refund. They offered to cover the costs of the Uber (there was only 1) and refund us for the final 30 minutes of the booking. That is a meager 1/13th of the total cost - over $2100 - which means we will be refunded just barely more than $100. The bus breaking down really put a damper on a wonderful day. We are lucky we had relatives who were willing and able to come get us, given the heat. If any of the women were especially heat-sensitive or had pre-existing conditions that made being out in the heat/ standing for a long period of time difficult, this could have been a much worse situation. I expected more from Sky 1 Limousine and I am extremely disappointed in the service we received. I would not recommend them to anyone moving forward.

Not only is Victoria Limousine properly credentialed, but they are kind, helpful, understanding and patient. The limo was on time. The driver touched base before he was due because he was having a hard time finding the residence. He was timely, the car was immaculate, and the driving was safe. I forgot to mention the company supplied the car not only with water bottles, but with little goody bags for our kids, on their way to their senior prom. It was a pleasure working with them and although their prices were a bit higher than what I wanted to pay, it was worth the extra time and money finding them! Thank you Ben and staff!!!

He arrived a little early to our hotel, always a good sign. As we headed to Carmel, Sammy gave us a quick history of Monterey and Carmel that was filled with little tidbits that we didn't know despite coming to the area for decades. Our tour consisted of three restaurants for small plates paired with wine and three tasting rooms for short flights. Everything was amazing. The tour never felt rushed, even though I was trying before the tour to figure out how Sammy was going to fit everything in. This was the first time we'd done a tour like this and it definitely won't be the last. We look forward to touring with Sammy again.

We visited 3 winery's, 2 that we wanted to go to, the other she recommended. I would recommend going with her recommendations since it was my favorite winery's of the day. She picked us up on time (8am, she was there early) from our hotel and we headed out the the Muir Woods. The woods are so magical with the amazing redwood trees that were HUGE. After the woods we headed to our first winery. Stagsly vineyards is a bigger winery with some great Cabernets. Their tasting room was beautiful and overlooked the massive vineyards. Next we went for lunch at Gotts. This place had some seriously delicious burgers and tacos. Everyone in my family got burgers and I got shrimp tacos that were very fresh and tasty. Their special Mexican street corn was also one of our favorites. After we went to Ambers winery recommendation that was soldero. This was a smaller boutique type vineyard. We started our tasting with a tour of the property and their new rose that will be launching in July. The rose was our favorite. We were also able to go down on the vineyard and see the plants which I thought was very cool. The staff was friendly and sat chatting with us down in their tasting room. Finally we stopped by Cuvason which had such a classy atmosphere. Beautiful indoor and outdoor tasting. They started us off with a complimentary rose champagne. After we tasted a savigon Blanc, another rose, and 2 Cabernets. Again would recommend the rose, however I still think the new one from our second stop was best. All in all we had an amazing time with amber she was a fantastic tour guide and helped us to not only learn about wine country and the Muir Woods but also new wines.

Jensen is great at reading his customers and altered our tour to include a trip across the Golden Gate bridge into the city of Sausalito. He caters to his customers and makes the experience truly personal and memorable.
