    If you're looking for a company that understands customer service, this is not it…read more We booked a full-day Napa Valley tour for 10 people, departing from San Francisco on a Sunday last month. Unfortunately, the experience was stressful from the start. After booking, communication was extremely poor. Email responses were slow, often taking days. We became concerned after reading Yelp reviews mentioning no-shows, lateness, and poor service, and sadly, those concerns proved valid. Even receiving something as basic as our payment receipt, especially since they don't accept credit cards, took over a week. Confirming our itinerary and driver details also required repeated follow-up and wasn't finalized until just days before the trip. We clearly communicated that punctuality was critical because we had prepaid tours and luncheon reservations at a winery. When we finally spoke with the owner, we were assured everything would be fine. It wasn't. Our scheduled pickup time was 10:00 AM. By 10:15, no one had arrived. Calls to both the owner and driver went unanswered. By 10:30, with no communication at all, our group was understandably very worried. Eventually, we tracked down an assistant who had previously sent our receipt. She answered, apologized, and promised to investigate. The driver later called and said he'd arrive in 10-15 minutes. That turned into another 30+ minutes, followed by additional delays. In total, the driver arrived about 90 minutes late. As a result, we missed our first winery stop entirely. What was most frustrating was not just the lateness, but the complete lack of proactive communication. No warning. No ETA updates. No accountability. We were simply left waiting and wondering if anyone was coming at all. If your plans depend on reliability, professionalism, and being on time, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This company caused unnecessary stress and significantly disrupted what should have been a special day.

It was a small group so we got a very…read moreintimate tour to the RR Museum, Tiburon Tavern, Sams, Luna Blue, Cafe Renzo, and the Tiburon overlook. We all started at the Tiburon RR Mueum where we got a nice overview of the areas history. Who knew this was all a giant Railroad yard at one time? Tried a variety of great foods and wine along the way. They were prepared especially for us by the chefs at each restaurant. Had some delicious deviled eggs and hush puppies with honey butter at the tavern. It was served with a good glass of Chardonnay though I don't recall the name. At Sams had a delicious shrimp dish with crunchy toast. It was paired with a JCB Rose from Province that Renee brought She also gave us some lavender cheese which was a perfect complement to the wine. Went next door to Luma Blue and were served eggplant parmigiana paired with a bold Tuscan Red. Strolled to the cafe owned by the same family and got coffee with cannoli. To top it off we had Meyers port from Anderson Valley with a crunchy cookie (also from the cafe) at the top of Tiburon. It was a great unrushed tour through some of Tiburon's finest restaurants for delicious food and wine pairings. Great way to enjoy the town or to host out of town guests.

The weather was wonderful and we really enjoyed our time with Viv as she navigated us from venue to venue. The food and wine selections were tasty and Viv's knowledge of Tiburon and surrounding areas made for fun conversation throughout. I would recommend this as a team activity, or would also love to try this with a small group of friends!

The driver left us stranded at the bottom and we watched him come and go. So we paid $20 for an Uber. The driver was 29 minutes late to Saratoga Inn. It was muggy so we sat by the window in the lobby looking out the entire time. We were outside at the advertised pick up time 5:45 pm. The moment we saw the limo bus, which was hella late, we walked to the already open lobby doors and the driver literally didn't stop. He swung around, slowed down for 1/2 second and sped off! Humiliated and embarrased, we RAN after the bus yelling and waving our arms. We had official AXS Mountain Winery shuttle bus tickets! That means Urban Worldwide had our names and knew we needed picking up! Mind you we briefed the desk clerk and two hotel workers that we are on the limo bus and that we need to get on it. At the top of the mountain, we had our Uber driver drop us off to Urban Worldwide shuttle and the driver said he was there earlier which was untrue. He also showed us a text message that he thought was "proof" that we weren't there. This ruined part of the night. We were at the Inn at 5:30 PM ready to jump on the bus. It was creepy weird that we saw him drive up and drive off: It was like he purposely planned to abandon us. We asked him if he could please wait for us after the venue. We were literally at his mercy. He says, "You have 15 minutes!" Not polite. By the way, the website says we have 20 minutes to get on the shuttle. Anyway, afterward, I twisted my ankle and the driver did in fact wait and got us back to the Inn just fine. He didn't acknowledge wrong doing. I've rented a lot of limos and gotten a lot of rideshares. I've never experienced a driver who literally purposefully left us like that. The Saratoga Inn workers were witnesses and we discussed the situation with them. They washed their hands of it saying, "We have NOTHING to do with that limo bus. No connection." Urban Worldwide gets one star for the driver being totally cool on the way down. I don't know if I even want my money back for leaving us stranded during pick up: The company scares me and creeps me out.

We hired a bus to take guests from ceremony to reception, and an SUV for me, the groom, and the photographer. Both vehicles were in great shape, and both drivers were on time & friendly. Our main POC was Ginette. She was fantastic, very communicative & helpful. Helped me consider a few different options. Docked one star bc we were 11 minutes over and got charged for a full extra hour (about $175). It probably says this in the contract, but I think a pro-rated rate would have been much more fair.

Pros: The driver was on time, polite, and kind. The bus itself was spacious and met our needs as far as setting up bluetooth and playing music. The driver followed our itinerary well and was on time for pick ups and drop offs. Cons: On the way back home, the bus started smoking out of the AC vents - it became overheated in the 100+ degree temperatures. After a full afternoon of wineries and about 20 minutes away from our destination, all 13 women had to evacuate on the side of a country road in the middle of no where. We had to carry all our belongings (ice chests, etc) to a small dirt side road in sweltering 100 degree temperatures. The bus was unable to continue the journey, so we had to call ubers and get relatives/friends to come pick us up and take us the rest of the way. While I understand that things happen, I expected more from Sky 1 Limousine in regards to a refund. They offered to cover the costs of the Uber (there was only 1) and refund us for the final 30 minutes of the booking. That is a meager 1/13th of the total cost - over $2100 - which means we will be refunded just barely more than $100. The bus breaking down really put a damper on a wonderful day. We are lucky we had relatives who were willing and able to come get us, given the heat. If any of the women were especially heat-sensitive or had pre-existing conditions that made being out in the heat/ standing for a long period of time difficult, this could have been a much worse situation. I expected more from Sky 1 Limousine and I am extremely disappointed in the service we received. I would not recommend them to anyone moving forward.
