There were 10+ trucks this particular Friday night, lots of people were in attendance to dine, and seating was a headache. We managed to snag a table right next to The Maine Lobster Lady's food truck at the last second. I wish I had known about this luck because I would have ordered the bisque! Oh well. Maybe next time. Steak is tender and served with cabbage, micro greens and queso. Corn tortillas appear to be homemade and they were perfect. They use a seasoning called red wine salt and I loved it.
