I almost went with the Classic, but saw someone with a BBQ Brisket potato and instantly changed my mind. When I took it back into the office and opened it up, at least 5 of my co workers came over to tell me how good it smelled. The brisket portion is generous and tender - and the cheese, sour cream, and green onions are the perfect classic compliment. It was swimming in melted butter, which might be a negative for some. But not for me! I was tempted to give 4 stars because a $10 potato is still pricey, no matter how delicious, but the girls on the truck were awesome and service was quick. I will definitely order again.

This is for…read morepeople like me who don't care, like to live on the edge with their food choices and don't see the point in living as long as possible. (Motivational pep talks obviously aren't my strong point). Literally, my dream come true on wheels. My friends and family joke that in my last life I lived through the potato famine which is why I'm so obsessed with this starch and I really can't argue with that. If you're a fan of the baked potatoes from Jason's Deli (shoutout to the Plain Jane) you'll love these. The potato itself is pretty hefty - it's not like the usual sizes you get as a side dish and the pictures on here make it look pretty tiny as well. In person, these taters mean business, especially with all the toppings they add to make it as tall as your face. This is definitely something you hold tenderly and safely with both hands according to OSHA standards. I got the Original combined with the Cheese and Broccoli because the broccoli totally offsets everything else calorie-wise. The potato isn't dry or hard, but soft like you're cutting into a fresh warm pancake with your fork. When you look down at your place, your tater is bathing in a warm bed of melted butter. It's so perfect, so beautiful ... GET IN MAH BELLY. If you're not a cheese wiz fan, I recommend you don't get anything that has the melted cheese - just ask for the shredded. I've been known to eat an ungodly amount of potatoes in one sitting but I hit a brick wall 3/4 into this with all the toppings on it. I highly recommend the Brisket baked potato if you like a spices (not spicy) in your food. Great price point, totally recommend if you ever see them!

Yes...YES...Yyyeeeeaaasss…read more We found them at a food truck at the Hohokam Stadium in Mesa, AZ. At first the thought of corn dog with honey was not appealing. Yet the gentleman confidently told me that this would "Change My Life"!!! He was NOT WRONG! It was absolutely amazing! It's the combination of sweet with the saltiness of the hot dog. You can tell they make their own batter. It had a cornbread taste to it. They come in Epic (Footlong) at $10 or Mini (regular size hot dog) at at $8. Ooh and don't forget to get the Cheese Pop as well (Babybel cheese $5)! Delish .. I only wish they were in California!!!

They also have small cheese pops for $4. I had an epic and a cheese pop which cost me $14.78. Their food truck says it is honey dipped and I can tell that the texture and taste of the batter is definitely of higher quality than the other corn dogs I've had. The cheese pop was kind of small but it was so deliciously cheesy. If you want to be full, then I suggest ordering two Epics.

The Truck is parked just south of the QT on the east side of Power Road & Galveston. I have ordered breakfast burritos each time. I prefer to have mine made to order right off the grill. You order right out the window, can't always see the person you are talking to but you just wait to hear your order come up. Pick up your salsa, pay the tab and off you go. I usually tailgate off the back of my SUV. Ambience is street food. They don't serve coffee, but if you really want a cup, the QT is nearby. It's not the same as the Burrito Shack, but a decent option, i don't do any grab and go burritos that are already made from any food truck. All good here!

It smelled great! I had the steak Philly and my wife had the catfish. I really hate to give any type of bad reviews. (Unless it is totally deserving) Mine just had no flavor to it! Nothing! I can understand why they charge so much, but just flavorless. I really liked the bread. My wife's catfish was super salty. Not crispy, just soggy. She didn't even finish it. We ended up giving the rest to some stray cats in the parking lot. Just disappointed with the food over all. In my opinion, I think most or some of the reviews here are probably friends of the owner. Just disappointed is all. They could do better. Friendly staff though.
