One of my top lunch spots in Mesa. Their food is always consistently good and it's always great to try their specials that they come up with week to week. I'll miss them in the summer months but will be eager to start going again once they open back up as it cools. read more

Came here again a few weeks ago and its changed a bit. The entry way is so cute the way it's made to look like a hiking trail and sasquatch sighting signs. The seating area is nice and shady and OMG the chicken tacos!! Let me start by saying i'm not a chicken taco fan. In my opinion they are always dried out, but this was insanely good! The way he does the meat is by slowly smoking it with mesquite and you can taste it! It's soooo juicy and flavorful. I ordered the shrimp tacos (which were also excellent) and he gave us a sample of the chicken ones to try and just WOW. I wish they were open every day, but Wed-Sun is a good option. This is a seasonal food truck here in Mesa and always good. The hours and days vary so make sure to check them out online. We love the beef and green chili burrito it's so big that two of us can share it. It's packed with super tender bites of beef and yummy green chili. However my favorite is still there tacos and it looks like they've added a couple of other items to the menu. They're only open for lunch and not dinner but this is a must try food truck here in Mesa prices are reasonable and it's fur baby friendly as long as they're well behaved we bring Jasmine in her stroller. read more

It was the big flashing Sasquatch on McKellips that caught my eye and prompted me to Google what this place was. I'm so glad I stopped. Just an unassuming food truck next to JJ's Landscaping. The people are very nice. The customer ahead of me placed a huge order, maybe for his office, and I assumed I'd be waiting for awhile. It was very cool of them to walk out right away with my order, as it appeared they'd worked my meals in first. Now the food: my husband had the green chili shredded beef burrito and he really enjoyed it. I had the carne asada quesadilla. The tortilla was the best part: tender and grilled to perfection. I liked the meat too. They say they use a mix of cheeses but it looked like mostly cheddar to me. While this wasn't bad, I'm just used to quesadillas that usually have asadero, Monterey Jack, or other white cheeses. The portion was so generous I had enough for two meals. They included a grilled jalapeño which my husband promptly stole. I'm pretty sure we'll return to try some other menu items. read more

Amazing food. Wow, 4 starving people looking for food after a long mt bike ride. We all had different things/meat and tried it all. These guys have upped their game from the last time we went there. We had a chance to meet the owner and chat for a bit. We were very impressed with the mesquite chicken and my gf never likes chicken in tacos etc as the flavor is just boring to her. We both agreed that the steak, the chicken and the shrimp we fantastic in anything that we tasted them in. This place is small and has outside seating which is great with our current weather. Took me a while, but I finally found this place. BEWARE entering the parking lot, and DO NOT attempt to cross the drain guard on motorcycle. Our Mini Cooper was challenged by it. The food was good, although I wish I had gone with the quesadilla my wife had. Will bring back. read more

Located right off McKellips, look for the soon-to-be-famous Green Sasquatch Truck. Right next to JJ Landscaping, North side of McKellips Rd. Very good value-price-selection from Burritos to Street Tacos that will make your tongue roll with very much home-cooked flavor. I had the Shredded Beef Green Chile Burro and Ooh la lah, it was moist and yummy. Coming from New Mexico roots myself, this item was done right. Not too runny and stew-like and just the right amount of flavors. Ingredients can be adjusted when ordering and ur not going to get Nickel and dimed to death on cost run-ups. Bottle beverages of all u can imagine. Take in a game of CornHole if u wish. Plenty of comfy seating in the court yard next to Green trees compliments if JJ Landscaping. Don't let this gem pass u by. This has got to be the strangest location for a food truck I've ever seen. It took me like 50 times driving by just to even realize it was there. Am I stupid? I am stupid for not stopping by sooner. This truck hits hard. Tacos, burritos, quesadillas; you name it, it hits. All their meats are good and high quality, especially the chicken. The green chili beef burrito is really what makes this place 5 stars for me. Never have I ever eaten a green chili beef burrito like this anywhere else, this has got to be the sloppiest burrito I've ever had, but man does it keep me coming back for more. The first few bites as you eat are mostly tortilla as the concoction within slides down into the butt of the burrito, setting you up for the juiciest second half of a burrito I've ever experienced. Get here early. Our first visit and they were out of carne asada and chicken. We ended up with green chili burritos. They were very tasty . Wow. I have been doing a landscaping project and drive by this place at least 20 times. I finally stopped to give it a try. We were a little disappointed they had just run out of the green chili beef but I think that happens most days based on the sign that says they have it until close or they run out. That was the only slight disappointment. The food, a bean and cheese burrito and carna asada quesadilla were the best tasting I have ever had. The hot salsa was amazing. The food was freshly made and hot when served. The seating area was clean and comfortable. I can't wait to go back to have the green chili beef. read more
