In the process, unfortunately, a leak developed in our attic, creating a water stain on the ceiling in our bedroom. Our contractor came out and double-checked in the attic and confirmed it was definitely the fire sprinkler. A young man came out the same day to repair the problem. However, he did not have the right piece of material he needed. He left the water off and explained that another employee would be out shortly to repair the issue. About 90 minutes later, a guy showed up reeking of alcohol!!! He had come in our garage without our knowledge and opened up our garage door. Upon realizing he was on our property and in our garage, I explained he needed to go around to the back of our home and enter. Once in the attic, it sounded like an elephant was up there. One of the covers to one of the fire sprinklers not related to this job was knocked to the floor. Once he finished the job, this was the mess he left behind, instructing us to leave the water off for another hour. He was tall, slender, unshaven, lots of tattoos, and reeked of alcohol!!! DO NOT let him in your home if he shows up. Praying once we turn the water on, we don't have more problems than we initially had!
