Excuses after excuses, and the invoices are bigger and bigger. Yesterday, technician Erick came with a worker and let the water from the sprinklers flood our garage. Over 30 parking spots were flooded. When I approach Erick, he blames the old building, the clogged drain, and the reflecting pool. I asked 3 times if they were going to clean, and he denied 3 times. When I rase my voice, he started racially attacking me. I told him I would call the police for trespassing. After one hour, the owner called me and started treating me with disrespect and blaming me for raising my voice. They vandalized my property, caused further damage to it, and then sent me an invoice. Only non-educated people will not see how unprofessional this company is!
