It was installed incorrectly and one of the sprinkler heads failed. Unfortunately, it was on a holiday weekend, and I had to call another place to fix it. The other "reputable" companies came by and replaced the bad head, and found out the rest of it was not in compliance. There was a laundry list of things that should have never passed inspection from what I was told. Needless to say, when I found out who installed it, I called. Steve Petri basically told me he would not pay me back the full amount of the repairs, which was expensive. However, I wasn't the one who "installed" the system. I would avoid using this business due to the lack of professionalism and care about the work they do. It is shotty at best, and I have no idea if there will future issues. This company has no remorse when it comes to the customers. I am disappointed that there are people like this who take advantage of others. DO NOT USE THIS CLOWN SHOW!

The time you spend with us will not be wasted! If we are not a good match, we will point you in the right direction."* Unfortunately, that was not our experience at all. Rick Huff, the owner, came to our home on January 3rd to address a leak in our kitchen ceiling. He diagnosed it as a broken valve in our fire sprinkler system and repaired it in less than 30 minutes. We paid $640 for the repair, and he cashed the check the same day. Three days later, the leak started again in the exact same spot. I immediately reached out via text asking him to come back and fix the issue since it clearly wasn't repaired correctly the first time. He did not respond. My husband called him and was told he was "busy that week." On January 10th, I followed up again and was told, "I'm not sure and will text when we are available." After another week with no resolution (and having to keep the water turned off to our entire fire sprinkler system), I offered multiple appointment options to make it easy. His response? "You can hire any number of companies to repair." After that, he stopped responding to texts and emails. I even requested a refund so we could hire someone else, and received no reply. A company that claims to fix things "right the first time" but won't stand behind their work when it fails days later is not professional or trustworthy. Very disappointing experience.

We have experienced some issues with this company as of late. They were a no show on a scheduled…read moredate they had committed to and then when we had them come back out to complete the work they started they want to charge us for having to redo what their previous guys did. I have made several attempts to get them to adjust their bill so I can pay for the work. I am at the point now where i am asking for a supervisor so I can get this resolved. They just did the work on saturday and i get emailed lein paperwork on monday?? I didnt know people did business this way and its a shame to see such a company with a long time in business begin to act this way.
