He checked for gas leaks around the fireplace with a simple sensor that would beep irregularly if gas was detected. He also took helpful photos of any problematic areas so we could see it for ourselves and keep for our records. I was very impressed with not only her thorough knowledge of the mechanics of fire places (she immediately understood my problem) but in the lack of a "hard sell" that many service providers seem to push. Terri even referred me to another company to get a quote on one of the repair options that Swede does not offer.
