She showed me the racks where other teachers had recently purchased their own sets of scrubs, as they were durable, comfortable, and easy to wash. After picking out a few styles and sizes to try on, Whitney showed me to a changing room and said she could look for additional sizes if I needed them. I found a set I really liked and asked Whitney if she would give me her opinion on how they looked, since I was shopping solo. She confirmed that the fit looked fine, so I set off to the racks to find additional colors in my sizes. When I was having difficulty locating an additional pair of pants, Whitney checked the back for me. Although they didn't have any in stock, she said it would be easy to look up the style number on their website to order additional pairs. She also noted I could choose to have them shipped to the store or home, depending on my preference. Checkout was very easy, although their machine required me to swipe my card rather than inserting the chip or scanning my watch. The prices were reasonable for everything I needed. I loved all the different colors and sizes they had in stock. Whitney provided me with excellent service throughout my visit. Although I'm hoping these scrubs will be a one-time purchase to get me through the rest of this school year, I know where to go if I need more in the future!

I had to ask if I was talking to Scrubs and Beyond as she did not identify herself or the store. She said "yeah" again. When I asked the hours, she said till 7. I went in, she was talking to a friend, never acknowledged me until I was walking back out the door with nothing. Then she said, oh....did you need something? I asked about the Cherokee line as I've seen it on the website and wanted to try some on. She immediately got stiff and said we do t carry them. I said, oh just not in store? She said no, we don't have a contract with them. So, then we had to show her their own website! She then says "go ahead and try to order it, it probable won't ship out" So, we just left. If you can get over lackluster customer service, or if all you're wanting is to just try things on in person so you order online to get a better deal, then go here since there aren't many storefronts anymore.
