Super friendly and helpful. There's an abundant selection of products and what they do not have they can put in an order for you.

Great local tack shop with enormous selection of anything horse care and equestrian sports related.

It's like a big freakin' warehouse! My shopping habits really depend on my mood. If I'm in a rummaging mood with money to spend I go to Saddlery Liquidators. They have sooo much horse related stuff. And, you can usually find it cheaper than other brick and mortar stores like Dover and Tack Box. I come here to get wormers, grooming supplies and leather cleaners because I can count on Liquidators to have the lowest prices. But again, it's basically a warehouse. I have a hard time trying on breeches in the summer because it can get so hot! They have a lot of overstocked riding apparel in varying sizes. If I don't make a list of things to buy, I end up spending a lot more because everything is marked down and I find thing I didn't know I needed until I walked in the door! I am SUCH a woman. However, sometimes when I am shopping for riding apparel I find myself overwhelmed by all the racks. Or I couldn't find what I wanted in my size. And if I'm not in the rummaging mood, screw it - I'll shop online. As far as customer service, Mark is pretty much the best. Other staff are happy to help too if you need it. read more

The only place I go to shop for my horse! Great selection and service. Always has what I need and more!

It's hard to believe that in all my years around horses this is the first time I've been to SL2. Wow! They have pretty much anything you could want for your equine needs- minus feed. Halters, tack, first aid, clothing, shoes, wraps, blankets, dog supplies, helmets- to list a few. The prices seem competitive as well. The moment I walked in I was greeted by the people at the front. Mackenzie helped me find the right blankets for my two guys. She knows her stuff! Seriously, I have never met anyone who knows more about horse blankets in 30 yrs. She wasn't pushy at all and helped explain the pros and cons of each blanket. And the best part, if the blanket doesn't end up fitting, I can bring it back. I will absolutely be back! So excited I stumbled upon this all things equine warehouse gem!!!! read more

They are super helpful and accommodating here! This place is massive and has a really wide range of items to choose from. Their prices are fantastic - on one item I bought, it was much cheaper than on Amazon and the brand's website. I will definitely keep using this place for all my horse needs! read more

The staff at Saddlery Liquidators in Haymarket is very knowledgeable and always helpful, they are my "go to" saddlery. The prices are the most reasonable in the Northern Virginia area. There is ALWAYS a WIDE and VARIED selection; English and Western tack, they have it all! read more

Great inventory or will order things for you always very helpful. Very friendly big selection even For Draft horse . Great prices read more

If you're a horse person, visiting Saddlery Liquidators is like turning a kid loose in a candy store. Marc is wonderful and you must say "Hi" to Babs the bulldog. He and his staff are very helpful without being intrusive. The warehouse is HUGE. Don't think you can just pop in and pop out. Too much to see! You will find all levels of quality, from basic schooling quality to premium show quality goods. You will find name brands and off-label brands. Remember, this is a Liquidation store. A large part of their inventory is purchased from other places that are going out of business. They also carry standard goods like fly sprays, wormers, hardware, saddle cleaners, etc. If you are someone who cannot function without someone holding your hand through the entire shopping process, you probably won't appreciate this store. Go pay boutique prices someplace else and let someone do your thinking for you. If you enjoy rummaging around looking for treasures and bargains for you and your horse, you will LOVE it here! read more

The staffing these days is less than desirable. Marc is great, but I wouldn't ask for help from anyone else. I recently went in there to get a few supplements and look at some driving tack. The sales associate thought that I could drive in a vaulting surcingle (though I would never use it for vaulting). I understand that driving isn't really a popular sport, but when I ask for a driving HARNESS, I don't want a surcingle. She was very adamant that it was suitable for driving. After my past view visits I've decided to start shopping elsewhere, it was my last resort to find discontinued items or super cheap no-name products, but I'm better of shopping online. Previous review: Marc is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He can always find you exactly what you need, and if he doesn't have it he can most likely get it for you! His staff is always friendly and always willing to give great advice. It's also the only tack shop in the area that regularly has a wide selection of western tack and apparel. read more

Super-fun place to shop. There's always something to see, and if you NEED something, it's there. Quality tack as well as cheap filler items. Go and have fun! read more

For people who know what they want, don't mind a little sorting thru bins to find your size, and appreciate a heck of a deal on quality products, good advice, friendly customer service and saving a few bucks when u can, THIS STORE IS FOR YOU! For people with unrealistic expectations, need hand holding, have unreasonable product requests AND COME IN 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING, good luck! If you're a high maintenance customer, feel free to find a high priced tack shop where they cater to and educate those kinds of customers. I LOVE Marc and his staff! They rock! read more

They are usually cheaper and they price match. There is also a store in Middleburg in the same building that Mosby's Tavern used to be in. The Middleburg store is much smaller and doesn't have saddles but they still beat prices at the Tack Box anyday. The Haymarket is a MUST SEE! It is the biggest tack store I have ever seen. read more

Very reasonable prices and a helpful staff. It is huge and every time I have been there I have found what I needed. Definitely my go to tack store. read more

This is one of the only horse retail stores I will go to. I usually hate shopping because of overbearing sales people and feeling the need to buy something. It's basically a giant warehouse, always offering good deals on whatever I find. However sometimes I don't buy something, I just need a different perspective on horse related things and the staff there always seems to have the answer! Marc is just amazing and if they don't have something particular you're looking for he can usually order it in for you with his plethora of connections! I have and always will send people their way! read more

I absolutely love it here!! Anything horse related, and I mean anything, can be found here. Their prices are fair, and their sales are amazing. My son rides and I have bought everything he's ever needed from Marc at saddlery liquidators. Paddock Boots, muck boots, long winter boots, socks, polo helmet, whip, treats for horses, saddle pad, you name it, we've gotten it here. My fave place to go to buy horse gear anywhere in this area, hands down. The owner, Marc, is very nice and goes out of his way to ensure his customers are happy. read more

Love this place! The people are always nice and willing to help! They always go the extra mile!

Love coming here! Never met someone who wasn't helpful on staff. The owner is pleasant to work with and willing to help you with what ever is needed! I am just getting back into riding so it was nice to have some help looking for items that work best for me, rather then pushing the priciest equipment. They really go out of their way to help and they have large selection of products! Will be back. Will recommend. read more

I love this place!! Tons to choose from. Not to mention Marc is extremely helpful and friendly! If you are lucky enough to meet his bulldog Babs you will fall in love with her she's sooooo adorable!!!! Staff is knowledgable and more than willing to help you out. Their prices are competitive which is always great. You won't be sorry giving this place a try for your equine needs, they also have some dog stuff as well. They also engrave onsite!! No more waiting 3-4 weeks for stall plates or halter name plates to come in!! read more

Best tack shop for your all-around rider! They have everything you basically need and more! Marc is awesome...hands down! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. This is a must go to tack shop for any out of area folks! read more

Heck of a lot of tack and horsey supplies in here. In the odd event that they do not have what you need, Marc is very happy to order it for you. Selection is out of this world, prices are great and customer service all that you could ask for. read more

I'll be coming here for anything I need! Came here for new show clothes and found exactly what I wanted for fantastic prices. When I realized they didn't have my size in the jacket I wanted, they took down the order without hesitation. Even better than the prices was the help I received- the woman who helped me was extremely knowledgeable, and it felt like being helped by a friend. She kept smiling and stuck with me in my quest for the perfect breeches, and made sure my jacket was just right. Can't say enough good things about my experience there! read more

This place is my "go to" for tack and supplies! Mark is wonderful and so is the staff. Their selection is amazing and the largest in the area. There is always stuff on sale and if you get on their email list, they will send you notices on some awesome can't pass up deals. If your in the area and looking for a great tack store, this is it...but don't think it will be quick in and out trip, plan at least an hour to browse the store and the huge inventory! read more

Exceptional selection, value and management/staff...what more could you want? I recently got the chance to visit Saddlery Liquidators' store in Haymarket, Virginia and I can honestly say it's hard to know where to start singing praise for them. For a horse lover (and owner) like myself and the friend who was with me at the time, just walking in the store and taking in the 20,000sf is nearly overwhelming! The selection is amazing, very thoughtfully organized despite the immense quantities of items available for purchase. While the prices are already low, there were literally THOUSANDS of items marked with an extra 25 to 50% off the original prices! One day was certainly not enough to cover the whole store! The staff are wonderful, courteous and readily available despite being greatly outnumbered by the ratio of inventory and customers! The management is top of the line, extremely generous and very welcoming. This is my new favorite tack store and I cannot wait to check out their Middleburg store in the coming months! read more

The best tack store - hands down! I can't tell you how many times Marc and his crew have gone above and beyond to help me. Even the times I go in looking for an odd size or color that they don't have in stock, Marc will get it overnighted! I recall going in for an item I had heard about 2 years ago, it was not even an item they typically carried, and Marc ordered it just for me. He was also very patient with me when I was trying to finalize a jump order. In this day and age where Customer Service seems to be a lost art.... Saddlery Liquidators still has it!!! read more

If you are looking for a great deal and great service and you have time to peruse all the racks and options (and who doesn't love spending time in a tack store?!) then this is the place for you! I found the sale people to be knowledgeable and the owner, Marc, went above and beyond for me. Special ordered my item and had it delivered in two days! I can pretty much always find what I need at Saddlery Liquidators. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The staff is friendly and really knows their stuff. I always get great customer service...even the day that I went in and needed help finding a helmet for my oddly-shaped noggin. Dorothy was very kind and spent at least half an hour helping me find something that worked well for me. I love their selection and prices, too. I have bought several pair of boots here and any kind of tack or horse supply that you can imagine. Gift certificates are available, too, and are super handy! Marc and his crew really are top-notch people and I'm happy to keep spending my money at a local business. I only wish I could give them MORE STARS! Great people, great products, great prices. read more
