My family has been coming to Rankin's for years, so I decided to patronize a small business. I went in to window shop just to get a feel for what we were interested in. I was immediately greeted and they let me look at the showroom. I fell in love with three different couches and they offered me literature on all three. I immediately returned upon opening to make a purchase. They helped me customize pillowcases for my new pieces. I even got to talk to Mr. Rankin himself! Delivery was easy, too! They hauled my old furniture away for a small fee. I adore my new couch and loveseat and get compliments often. This was two years ago and I'm still satisfied! What I also love is that you can find this furniture across Virginia, including nearby UVA and other major sites. In fact, our Airbnb had some items that I could immediately tell came from this shop.
