Every nook and cranny of this creatively designed shop was overflowing with eclectic treasures. You'd swear you'd find Iris Apfel herself shopping in this dream house! After sifting through troves of wares, I settled upon an artfully designed, one-of-a-kind vintage purse covered with charms, game pieces, gears, buttons and other miniature notions (there's even a tiny tea cup and saucer by the clasp!). One look and I fell for it, hook, line, and sinker! I was in love! And the price? A measly $38! The compliments this beauty will elicit? Priceless! As I meandered through the store, the cheerfully patterned tights tempted me... the wacky but wonderful statement necklaces wooed me... the funky and fearlessly designed tunics tempted me... the shutter displays of baubles teased me.... but I resisted... THIS TIME...(evil laugh) mwah haha!! I thought "one precious item is enough for now"! Next time I'm sure I'll succumb to adding more of these exclusive pieces to my closet. The sales lady, classy and elegantly attired, snazzily and peerlessly accessorized not only assisted me with grace, but she also gave us a brief history about the store and it's designers. She said it's "all natural" I said I'm not using it, it's not good to use sanitizer all the time. No thank you. She said we prefer that everyone uses it and I said no, I'm leaving. With all of the actual science that's out, the fact that you have to use poisonous, toxic "sanitizer" that's only 62% (which is not even optimal for killing germs, 70-71% is) is not even effective. WHY are you forcing people to use it? It's NOT scientific, it's NOT effective and NOT necessary. Stop harassing potential customers. It's such poor taste.

When I approached the owner about finding something in another size she mentioned that she carried sizes that were appropriate to her customer base and if she stocked items with every size available she wouldn't make any money. Basically shaming me for needing a larger size. I wasn't asking for anything extreme just a size XL (to fit the girls) or a size 10 jeans. I don't need the rude attitude and I'll happily take my business downtown to another boutique in town that doesn't passively fat shame women.

At minimum they should have changed my oil, rotated my tires, filled my tires, and filled my fluids. None of those things occurred. For all I know they played poker for the 90 minutes I was sitting in the waiting room. I can prove all of my claims. The excuses they provided for not providing service were so ridiculous that a middle schoolers could see through their lies.
