It's full of fun art, stickers, books, toys, accessories, apparel, and more! Many of the items are handmade, and I saw lots of local artists represented upstairs. When we visited we got to meet one of the ambassador opossums, Eva. She was born without eyes, so she was added as an official ambassador opossum! She was very sweet and we got to pet her gently as an employee held her. I think it's great that they are educating people about these animals since they are so adorable and helpful to the environment. I loved this shop and we bought a few stickers as souvenirs. I will definitely be back the next time I'm visiting the area.

Located in historic Fredericksburg, this shop is hidden among several antique and vintage stores so if you are into that type of thing you can kill several birds with one stone. Children's wear is my love language so when I walked in and found several well organized racks dedicated to children's clothing I was immediately in love. I only had ten minutes to browse before heading home but in those ten minutes I was able to find an entire collection of Beaufort Bonnet items in pristine condition. Even better, they rung up an extra 65% off so I was able to get six items for less than the price of one item. I briefly had a chance to checkout the other racks but I found a whole selection of designer women's stuff with brands like Trina Turk and Lilly Pulitizer. If you ever want to dress like a Southern belle but are on a budget -- this is your spot! Also, the shop people are super, super nice which is a huge added plus.

I probably never would have found INés if it weren't for the sign pointing down an alley telling us to "follow the yellow brick road," so, of course, we did! At the end was this quaint, eclectic little shop filled with all kinds of interesting finds. They also had real gold and silver jewelry, including 14k gold pieces. I found a few amethyst rings I liked, including one where the stone hadn't even been set yet. I loved the ring itself, and INés, who I believe is the owner, took it upon herself to set the stone for me right then and there! She clearly knows her way around jewelry and has a little workshop area with different stones and settings. Watching her put my ring together right in front of me made it feel even more special, and I really appreciated the personal touch. Before I left, she even wrote her number on a card for me in case I ever needed to reach out or found myself back in town, which was such a thoughtful gesture. They also take cards and tap-to-pay, which was convenient. I was only in Culpeper for the day, but this was such a pleasant surprise. Inés made me feel very welcome, and I would absolutely stop in again if I'm ever back in town. Thank you, INés, for the beautiful ring and your wonderful little shop. This place is truly a hidden gem, literally and figuratively!

The store hours here make it very accessible compared to many others I've visited. It's larger than many other comic, collectables, and retro toy stores, with it also being very clean and organized. Toy selection was extensive with large selections of Star Trek, Star Wars, G.I. Joe, Transformers, Power Rangers, and Ninja Turtles to name a few. Toys with missing parts were clearly labeled, which was impressive. They also had unusual toys rarely seen at other stores, like WMAC Masters figures, which I sure didn't expect to find. New pull comic selection was decent, along with long box and wall book selection. They have some manga. The owner who we talked to was the toy expert and was super friendly. After visiting several other shops in the area, we found Time and Spaces prices to be much more competitive than almost all others. Time and Space Comics is the best retro toy/collectable store I've seen in the last year and is worth going out of your way to visit.
