These people went above and beyond to help me, my fance' , cousin and 2 dogs. When we called them about a Ford Edge we had seen online we were at another dealership that had lied to me about how great their for edge was and it was horrible. So when I called Eddins Ford about the ford Edge they had on the internet. Ashley said they still had it but were closing in 10 mins. We were a 1hr and 45mins away. So she said all the banks were closed and didn't see how it could get done. She got Jonathan on the phone to see if he could do anything. He said it was hard but needed to do a credit app over the phone. He had me approved in 15 mins. Then I asked him the condition of the ford Edge and he gaurrante it was a stand up Edge. I told him what I had just looked at and it was a joke. He promised me it was in perfect shape. So they said they would stay open until we got their to look at this Ford Edge. When we finally got their it was 2 hours past their closing time. We met with Ashely and took me to the Edge it was everything Jonathan said it was. Eddins ( now Madison) Ford has been great to work with and has a terrific service department. I have a 2003 F-250 that is regularly serviced by this dealer. Unlike many big city dealers, and unfortunately another dealer in Culpeper, Madison Ford is scrupulous honest. They do what is required for a fair price, and don't add on unnecessary work to meet some kind of monthly service revenue quota. Madison Ford is especially helpful in taking care of older vehicles. I had another big city Ford dealer tell me that they refused to work on any Ford over 10 years old! Madison is small enough that word gets around on how businesses treat their customers. Drove an hour to check out a specific vehicle on Madison Ford's lot and it was well worth it. For the first time in my life I actually enjoyed purchasing a vehicle. Not only was Robert Tucker a pleasure to work with but he went out of his way to retrieve the CDs I had forgotten and left in my trade in. The vehicle had already left the lot but he track it and had the CDs mailed back! Since I was trading in a much older car, Robert set up the Ford App on my phone and took his time explaining all the technology available in my new vehicle.
