I'm writing this to contrast the single review on here so far that gives one star, because throughout my experience these people have been kind and honest. They also won't scam or pressure you into buying things that aren't of immediate necessity; once my car had multiple issues, I mentioned I was on a budget, and they highlighted what would need the most attention compared to the other things that could go for a bit.
They also seem more free of judgement compared to other places in the area with you being young, a woman, generally inexperienced with cars, etc. They wont give you crap for it and they wont try and abuse your lack of knowledge with things which I've been warned of many times within my family. I'm a 24 yr old with heavy social anxiety among other things; so their ethnic with this goes a long way.
Because of said experience with them compared to other repair shops around from Orange, Louisa, Barboursville, etc; I prefer them out of everyone else, always. They are my go-to. Many other people I know also prefer them for repairs as well and I was recommended to them myself from someone cool I had met, who is an older lady with her daughters who also prefer to take their vehicles here
Services can be pricey, but pretty standard. They wont lowball you like most other repair shops, but they wont overcharge either. To me its worth it regarding my experience.
Trust goes a long way, and any concerns you have should definitely be voiced so they can more accurately diagnose and assess the issue. read more
