She and stephanie always makes sure they keep me up to date with what's going on with any work I have done. The mechanic and Tere even stayed late just so I could have my loaner car. Right away, someone came out to help us. They weren't even going to charge us for the issue, and within 30 minutes he had it fixed! It turned out to be the bracket that holds our spare tire in place -- one part of the holder had broken, but he still managed to repair it quickly and get us safely back on the road.

While it did take some time for service (which I understand because I brought it to them at the end of the month when they get slammed with state inspections) they were great once they did get to it.
