    Front scrape with white paint

    I went to Reynolds to get an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was fine till I looked at my car the next day and noticed a huge scrape. No, I didn't do a walk around and now I know I should have. They did not do a video walk around when I checked my car in either. Anyway, I called and explained the situation and the man said he would have someone call me. No one did, I had to reach out many times over a week before I got a callback. The manager said he looked at the video and the scrape was there when I came in. However, I did not see any video. I took his word for it even though t do not remember having this on my car. It is not something you would miss. He said he felt bad and would have his service department try and buff it out. I got one call and she said she would call back to make an appointment and, of course, almost a week later no one has called. I have called and they just keep throwing me to voicemail. Really poor customer service and I do not feel they are reputable.

    Email Content Sent To Owner of Dealership Below: "I purchased in good faith a 2017 CPO Corvette and had delivered via car hauler. Photos attached.... 1) I received Friday afternoon along with paperwork from hauler listing 22 item damages 2) Vehicle condition was not as expected. As a CPO and per discussions with Randy, I expected vehicle in much better condition or at least someone give me a heads up on what to expect 3) Vehicle delivered with no gas 4) Vehicle tires are in the yellow and red on a tread depth meter plus they roar on the highway and when pushing brake hard the steering wheel jumps right and left as if tire or cupped or brakes have issue 5) The check engine light was blinking and had to reset with OBD meter 6) Damages I am concerned with: Damaged top on passenger side, Side scoops, tires with tread depth below the CPO sheet, back of drivers seat, the logo scuff plate, damaged pillar plastics, over 6 gouged places under front lower ground scoop 7) I understand the car is used plus has 30k miles and expected to have a little road rash and scratches. However this car was bought retail and was listed for nearly $63,800, one would expect it to have been run through service and detail and fixed most of these items or at least make "note" for future buyer. 8) If I lived there and was there, I would have returned vehicle using the 3 day CPO warranty, but I don't and would like to resolve these issues and keep the vehicle. Please review attached info and please advise." Received call from Owner of dealership, Mr Reynolds, Monday following the Friday drop off of vehicle. He had not taken time to read my email above, nor reviewed supporting photos and info before taking a defensive posture. He basically said it was a used car and what I got is what I get, I then referred to the CPO documentation that gave me the right to return/exchange within 3 days or 150 miles and he said "I'm not taking it back, no way, I'll see you in court first" As of this post, I have escalated my feelings to GM and received case#. Hopefully GMs CPO customer service can mediate a fair solution. Chuck S ps. per CPO docs, the tire tread depth is 5/32nds on front and 6/32nds on rear. The actual is below 4. Photos below
