Took my car in early morning Saturday and let them know of my conundrum. Our service manager was Brandon H. and he really took care of us. He quickly diagnosed the problem and worked with the technician to get us repaired immediately, despite not having an appointment. We were in crisis mode and the folks at Mac could have taken full advantage of the situation. They did not, they were beyond accommodating and beyond fair in what they charged for the repair. I was truly humbled by their humanity in dealing with our situation. We are forever grateful. The mechanic, Ben, fixed the problem properly and we were able to trek the 4 hour drive home without incident. At minimum they should have changed my oil, rotated my tires, filled my tires, and filled my fluids. None of those things occurred. For all I know they played poker for the 90 minutes I was sitting in the waiting room. I can prove all of my claims. I won't be back. I called and made an appointment yesterday for 9:00AM this morning and the cost is…read more$120. Upon arrival I was told that the owners truck was stuck on the lift and it would be at least a half hour before he would arrive and remove it from the lift. I left and returned an hour later and they took my car in and I was told the service would take 45 minutes. An hour and a half later I received a text from the company that told me I had 10 immediate services required including battery terminal replacement, fluid changes and recommend new tires. Note: I just had the tires replaced by another company the day before. When I get to the counter the tech asks me if I have any questions about the text I received and I said No but I have a 20% Holiday Discount I printed from their website. The woman at the counter said my total would be $118 and I asked about the 20% discount and she said my $12 discount was included. I told her 20% of $120 is $24. And she said "this is what the system is telling me". I ended up paying $105 but when I got home I noticed a $8.64 job supply fee. What parts did they need to supply that I didn't receive?? Be warned. They are predatory. I won't be back.

LF light failure. Turn, running, parking…read more 2004 Tahoe. I had found some of the parts. Getting hard on a 18 year old vehicle. They jumped on it and had everything passing state inspection in a couple days for a very reasonable price. I will continue to use them for things I cannot manage to do myself. They made a real bargain of replacing all the brake line a few years ago. I gave them a hint for rusted out brake lines. Just use a hacksaw.
