I was very happy with the service I received. I went in with a known and common oil cooler issue for the 6.0L power stroke. I was worried my truck would be out of service for an extended time but was told it would only take two days to fix. I received a quote that was reasonable. I dropped off my truck and fully expected to pay that amount, however, I received a call and was surprised that they told me that there was no actual problem with my vehicle. I ended up only paying a diagnostic fee. They could have easily just have done the intended work and I would have never known or complained but they did the honest thing. Brought my 6.0 Excursion in to get a second opinion and am I glad I did. Other "diesel" shop wanted over $4k to do a single injector, fluids and a stuck e-brake. These guys cut that in half, did a full bank of injectors, cleaned the turbo and fixed the e-brake free of charge. Sky was super helpful along the way updating me what was going on with the truck. Glad I found this shop, these guys know what they are doing with the 6.0, can't wait to have them bulletproof it next year. read more

Well iam glad I was sent to Rays Automotive to have my RV worked on. With the Staff up front and the techs in the back I see nothing but first class & you can take what say to the bank. I will not take my RV to body but Rays Automotive. Thay will call you and keep you up dated on work that is being done. Ray's Automotive well what can I say about Ray's Automotive since they took me to the bank I have a 350 turbo diesel dually that had fuel issues hesitation and it would cut off I was referred to Ray's by former employer they check my fuel pump and fuel filters they said they were wrong so I told him to change it I change the fuel filters and they also didn't change a broken Rubber seal under the driver seat on the main fuel pump $2,900 later I was driving my truck and it had no throttle pedal again so I call Ray they didn't want to tow it so I had it towed myself $240 they get it back and they can't look at it for a week so when they had a chance to look at it they said it was a motor harness electrical problem and I was like how can I go from a fuel problem to electrical problem so they said I needed a harness they wanted to charge me $1,200 I got it from a Ford dealer for $539 went to pick up my truck they wanted to charge me $2,400 but I told him I bought my own harness so I paid him $1,100 for 7 hours to put on a harness unbelievable pick up my truck drive away guess what happens my truck stop running on the side of the road Route 17 I'll call Road Ray's and they said they would tow it and then they would figure out if issue was caused by them my point is they never fix the vehicle from the beginning why not tow it and fix it so being the guy that I am I took it to another shop and they found the problem within two hours and now I'm driving my truck and they charged me 450 instead of $4,000 and not fixing my vehicle so if you want to take the chance and go to raise it's up to you they have some issues and I think it's because they think they are bulletproof read more
