They're always attentive and thorough with their work. if I have ever run into any issues with work done by other body shops (caliber collision.. 2years back n forth.. wouldn't recommend), they (nextgen) thoroughly corrected the issues in record time (about a day and a half tops). If any issues arose with Insurance companies about trying to not use the correct OEM parts and try to use subpar aftermarket ones instead, the shop goes all in on your behalf. To be clear, my 2019 charger has hit 3 different deer causing front end damage, also had the front end damaged by 3 different drivers negligence hitting my front end with their various vehicles. I just took this picture today.. the car still looks brand new because of Next Generation's high quality of work. Jennifer has ALWAYS been very quick to alert me to issues with parts sent to them that they deemed to be defective or subpar in any way, and quickly sent them back to be replaced by higher quality manufacturing. I appreciate their level of transparency with the process, as well as the girls in the front and their open lines of communication and insight into great finds on better manufactured parts for customizing my dodge charger. I absolutely mean it! I'm not someone that typically leaves stellar reviews (or any reviews for that matter) about businesses, but I have returned to Next Generation for repairs at least a half dozen times because of their high level of consistency, quality, work ethic, and professionalism. Also if their is any issue with parts fitment, they're quick to address and make certain that the car is in as outstanding condition as possible. Again, my 2019 dodge charger seems to be a magnet for front end damage and still looks fresh off the assembly line or better because of Next Generation.
