While I did not end up purchasing the vehicle from this dealership, I still wanted to recommend them to others. I just didn't love the car but I did love the people I worked with and would have loved to give them my business. Tony Swain and David Wright were so kind, honest, and genuine the entire time from the phone calls, emails, to in person interactions. Anthony in finance was great and honest as well. If you find a car you like on their lot, go in and see them! You will not regret it. Thank you team and best of luck to your dealership! Excited for your new building coming soon. :) read more

These guys are the real deal. I live in NC and had two trade ins for a new truck. These guys drove my new truck down to my door step in NC, wife and I test drove the truck, signed papers, and they took my two trade ins away all within 30 minutes. The truck I bought was fairly priced and they gave me good value on my trade ins. NC tags registration is a super slow process so they also overnighted me another set of temporary tags while I waited. 10/10 would recommend this dealership. Especially if looking from out of state and having a delivery read more

Great place to buy a vehicle, special Kudos to Brandon, the GM. Bought my Ford F350 Dually for my 5th wheel trailer there. Worth a visit

Had a great car buying experience with them. I worked with Darien who was very kind, responsive, and made the process very easy and enjoyable. He also worked to make sure I was using applicable discounts to get the best possible price. Would recommend this place to others who are looking for a new or used car. read more

When my wife and I found this 2021 Mazda CX-9 Carbon Edition online, we were excited but quite reluctant to travel to a dealership almost 1.5 hrs from the DMV. But our sales consultant Elijah was extremely responsive, communicative, and straightforward. Based on our research, I was confident this was the car we wanted. So we were able to reach an agreement in principle via text, email, and phone calls prior to us driving out there for a test drive. When we arrived, all the paperwork was prepared, and we fell in love with the car during our test drives. Plus, my 2 kids had a clean comfortable place to watch their iPads while we did business. But most important, the customer service was exceptional, and Elijah and his manager Jeremy streamlined a process that always and agonizingly took hours at every other dealership I've worked with. We were there for less than 1.5 hrs. And we later found out that multiple people were strongly interested in the Mazda, but Elijah held it for us until we arrived. Bottom line: we highly recommend Battlefield Chevrolet! It's worth making the trip from metro DMV! read more

I loved my experience with this dealership. Mark Mederos helped me find an awesome no haggle deal on a used Toyota Prius and I was given multiple financing options within a reasonable amount of time. If you're in the market for a new or used car go see Mark and he'll hook you up with something that fits your budget. read more

This place was great. We were in and out in 2 hours. I first started out with emails with David. He did great answering my questions. When I I was finally able to get there David had a customer. So we met Daryn. I had already had an idea of what I was looking for. But he showed me everything I asked wasn't too pushy. The ONLY DEALER that has sat me in the car to show me what all the buttons do and hooked my phone to Bluetooth. Then there was Antony he was in in finance. He worked every number he could to give us the deal we received. First time I ever left a dealership thinking we got a great deal. Keep in mind we don't have great credit and want low monthly payments. And that's what we got. Thank you guys you did great!! read more

I had a fantastic experience using Battlefield Auto to purchase my 2023 Chevy Trailblazer. The customer serivce was great from start to finish. I even received a note from my sales associate, Peter Daigle, weeks after my purchase to ensure I was still happy with everything (which I was!). After moving to the DMV about 5 years ago my husband and I discovered Battlefield Auto through word- of- mounth from friends and colleagues who had really positive experiences. They have been the only dealership we've used to purchase cars since... and will not look back! They are a family run business who seem to priroitize customer service. On a couple of occassions, I've met two of the family members, Brandon and Steve, who are genuine guys that are grateful for your business and offer to help in anyway they can. The prices are fair and the people are just warm -hearted and easy to work with. Grateful to have found them! read more

Avoid this dealership at all costs. Not only did they not honor their own internet price (which to be fair a lot of dealers don't but this one couldn't find any reason not to since I qualified for all discounts), after 3 weeks of owning the car, since they never called to get a payoff, said I owed $800 more. The most unprofessional and irresponsible behavior I have ever encountered because they rushed the deal. With the right information, I would not have taken deal, but now I have just been stolen from. Their incompetence and dishonesty will cost you, please go elsewhere read more

Stopped in while traveling with an issue that needed attention on my chevy 3500 truck. They were very helpful took me in quickly and fixed my problem. You just can't ask for more than that from any dealer. If you need service or new vehicle and live in this area I would give Battlefield Chevrolet consideration with no hesitation. And they do Toyota is well. Decent size way to groom big screen TV clean restrooms free WiFi and a charging station for cell phones. I'm sure if I needed a loaner or rental they could have been accommodated me as well. Thank you Battlefield Chevrolet read more

If you're in the market for a new truck, I urge you to drive down to Battlefield Chevrolet and work with Kevin Smith, cell 571-598-4719, email ksmith@battlefieldauto.com. He was honest and very knowledgable about the Silverado I wanted to buy. He walked me through the entire vehicle from top to bottom including what every button and gizmo does. Truly a great experience. And while you're there, stop in the Ole Country Store down the street and grab something to eat. You won't be disappointed! read more

I purchased a Chevy Silverado in 2016 and had a very pleasant buying experience. I love my Silverado but it is my secondary vehicle so it does not get driven a lot (11,000 miles in 4 years). I just recently needed to have several things looked at - tire lugnut replacements, a recall item, dash display reset, and mud flap attachment secured. I made an appointment to have the vehicle tended to the following morning. The scheduling was fast, easy, and conducted with utmost courtesy and attention by 'Josh'. A follow-up email soon hit my in-box with confirmation of the reservation. The next morning, I drove the 40 miles from my home to Battlefield's brand new showroom. I checked in with Mark at the friendly service desk and was assured my vehicles' needs would be addressed immediately and I would find myself back on the road in no time. After being directed to the excellent coffee station I settled into the comfy lounge and toured the showroom floor. I forgot to mention that the reason my lugnuts were being looked at was that a month ago my wife and I just crossed the VA/NC border heading south to Raleigh when our left rear tire received a puncture and shredded to a mass of confetti'd rubber. I knew that there might be a problem putting on a spare because I did not have the necessary wheel lock. While sitting on the side of I-95 South waiting for roadside assistance to show up, I called Battlefield Chevy and spoke with Carol about my dilemma - she was duly concerned about our safety and I assured her that those big 18 wheelers were fast and noisy but assistance was on it's way. She told me when we got back home to come and see her and the crew at Battlefield and they would make sure the wheel lock problem was taken care of. So as we were about to climb back into our just serviced Silverado a mere 70 minutes after checking in, Carol saw my wife and I sitting in the lounge and she greeted us with the warmest smile and introduced herself - somehow she knew we were the folks she spoke to a month prior regarding our tire incident. We were so well looked after by everyone at Battlefield Chevrolet and I am happy to say I am a loyal customer and look forward to the next car buying experience (wife wants a new SUV) with them. By the way - no charge at all for the professional work. What a class organization! read more

I bought a 2018 Chevy Z71 Silverado last month from Harvey Kelly. Harvey was awesome!! I told him I didn't want any sales pressure and just wanted to take my time deciding what I wanted, and he was very respectful. He was very helpful in giving me info about the truck and all the questions I had, and I felt very comfortable working with him. Harvey was a GREAT guy to work with. I'm happy with the truck, and I'm happy with the deal I got. Everybody I dealt with at Battlefield was as nice as they could be, and I definitely recommend them if you're out that way! read more

Yesterday was the worst day, I understand my loan didn't go through. I had the 2017 Volkswagen golf for a month, the loan company went through everything went fine until yesterday. So I get a call from Santo Lacono, demanding the vehicle back he was rude, I honestly will admit I was rude back. I asked if he can help and get a new inspection sticker on my Honda that I trade in. Santo lied told his co-workers I told him to slap a sticker on the Honda without looking through the Honda. Told them I cussed at him. If you knew who I am, I don't cuss and I don't get mad easily. I'm a easy going person. Then the dealership lost my keys from my Honda I gave them three, I got back ONE. They pulled my Honda around the front, the driver paneling was torn out. So all that trouble they told me to take the golf back to work and they will drop off my Honda in the evening so they can fix the Honda driver panel. Plus, it will take 5 days to get my down payment back into my account when I was told by they're manager it will be posted yesterday. So they can take my money fast but I have to wait for my $500.00. I WANT TO GIVE A BIG SHOUT OUT TO MIKE MILLER FOR vouching for me saying that the Honda didn't come that way when I trade it in the vehicle thank you so much for doing that. You are a good man! Santo Lacono, should NOT do any business with anyone his rude and doesn't know how to handle people. I didn't like how he was rude because my loan didn't go through. Nobody has a prefect credit Mr. Lacono. You don't treat anybody like the way you did to me and lie to your co workers saying things wasn't true. read more

So when I first went to Battlefield and purchased my 2016 Chevy Camaro car was extremely happy and felt like this was a great place well I was wrong. Over the summer I had an issues with the Shop releasing my personal information to someone that had absolutely nothing to do with my car. When I called The General Manager he became quite nasty to me and said well all your getting from me is I am sorry. So decided fine just wouldn't go back there. I bought an extended warranty package on my car and called another dealership to use it again wrong! Battlefield sold me a warranty that only could be used at there store or get this a Toyota dealership. Yes they sold me a Toyota maintenance package for a Chevy Camaro. So I called a Toyota Dealership who thought I had lost my mind andthen that is a whole different story. So since September I have been told I would receive an email refunding cost of this package. I have called the finance manager several times over the last few months and he either doesn't answer or when he does says he will take care of it and still hasn't. This is poorest customer service and follow up service I have ever seen with a dealership. I recommend go to any other dealership in Virginia then here. Well finally got refund for my Toyota maintenance. Almost a year later! Worse customer service I have EVER experience in my life!! read more

It is sad when you give your business to a local Chevrolet Dealership for maintenance repairs and your vehicle breaks down and you have it towed in. They call you the next morning and tell you that they cannot look at the vehicle until 5 days later. So the vehicle sat there over a week When they do check it they call and tell you that the computer box has gone bad. So you pay over $700.00 to have it repaired. You get your vehicle out of the shop and the next day your check engine light come on. Took it back to the shop and they say it is the Cadillac converter this time. IT is going to cost over $1700.00 to have it fixed but you should be ok to drive it until you have it fixed. But the check engine light will stay on until you have it fixed. Drove it to work that night and on the way home it breaks down again in the middle of the night. And have to have it towed to the same dealership AGAIN! This time they tell me that a wire was loose to the computer they said that they fixed it. Could not even make it home with out it having the same problems. Called the dealership and they tell you to come buy and they will have a tech to test drive it. Been without a vehicle now for over 2 weeks. After paying to have then keep finding something else wrong with it, that is not the problem Have spent over $ 10,000 in less than a year at this dealership on maintenance. It is very sad when a Chevrolet dealership can not fix their own brand of vehicles. Scared to drive this vehicle for fear of it breaking down again, until I can find someone to properly fix my vehicle. Had no problems in the past with this dealership, until now. read more

Battlefield Chevy's customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced. I took my vehicle to their service department for an electrical issue on my 2013 Malibu. After a couple days after the repair, I was having the same electrical issue happening. When I called the service department they were very understanding and helpful. The service manager also gave me a call to ensure that they would correct the issue. He also gave me his contact number and told me to call him any time if I ran into anymore problems. This is probably one of the very few dealerships I have gone to (25+) over the years where they truly want to help their customers. Highly recommend Battlefield Chevy for purchasing and servicing a vehicle. read more

Me and my wife got a used car at Battlefield Chevrolet about 3 weeks ago. The customer service and the manager will not work with you on anything. All this dealership is worried about is selling new and used vehicle and if the customer has a problem they are not going to help you out in any way. Not I am take the vehicle to the manufacture dealership and get the work done right. I asked the sales guy Denis Ryan to call me and he said he would call me when he got to work and he never returned my calls. Worst dealership I have ever gotten a vehicle fro. I would never tell anybody about the dealership. read more
