I get lots of nails in my tires and they fix it. It's nice because the kids can stay buckled up as they make the repair. Friendly, too.

Got a nail in my tire when I was in the area, so stopped in here to get it repaired. I don't know where the miscommunication went but he took my tire off and was going to replace it. My tire is still in good condition, so I didn't need a replacement! So, I stopped him before he gave me a new tire. He ended up putting it back on and patching it as requested initially. Later, my steering wheel was shaking vigorously because my tire was not balanced when he put it back on! Drove all the way back here the next day to make them balance it. First story was, "I did balance it when I put the tire back on". Second story was, "We don't balance it unless you request it and pay for it". So, which is it? From the very beginning, they clearly want to hustle more money out of your pocket. Ridiculous and rude staff. read more

Culpeper sells bad tires with separate tread an more. The worst experience ever. Sold my daughter four bad tires an one blew out an she almost had a accident. Upon examination from another shop thet said those tires were terrible an she was ripped off. Culpeper tried to do the same to my father. He had to go to warrenton rons to get them replaced an the owner was awesome there. Manassas is the best rons. Culpeper puts them on when you notice they are bad they don't offer a refund they say they dont have anything better in stock. Sounds like a scam over there read more

The worst tire experience ever. My fiancé called them on a Monday and ordered 4 new tires, they said they would be in the next day (Tuesday) between 11 am - 2:30 pm and then they would put the tires on as soon as they arrived. We went there Tuesday and they said the delivery truck's engine blew up and our tires had been transferred to a different truck and that they could still show up that evening and be put on since they don't close until 7 pm. Of course, the tires did not show up that evening because the 2nd delivery truck went back to wherever they get their tires from i.e. distribution center, warehouse, etc.. So the receptionist assured us the tires would be in FOR SURE Wednesday morning with the delivery truck at 9:15 am, however the delivery truck did not show up until 2 pm and lo and behold they were THE WRONG TIRES. So they said that our correct tires would be delivered by the general manager "first thing" Thursday morning. When we called them Thursday morning to check, we were informed they wouldn't be arriving until 2:30 pm... So we waited and called later at 2:30 pm to see if they have FINALLY arrived, the receptionist blatantly lied, saying she tried to call earlier in the day and let us know they were there. Really? Pathetic. We took the car, had those tires put on and balanced and went on our merry way. Here's a tip to help you guys with your future customers: Take some ownership in your disorganization/mistakes and STOP LIEING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. You would think a tire company, which is a dime a dozen, there's literally one on every corner would go above and beyond for their customers to deter them from going elsewhere. Not Ron's. Got to Ron's used tires they said we open at 11:00am so waited since I got there early at 11:15am they finally opened why the delay who knows ,but got here with a set of wheels and loose tires ,they said over the phone it was going to be $60.00 put then turned around and charged $100.00 so I then was like why the big change they said due to you brought your own tires and didn't buy from us and their also over sized tires and we have to ad the wheel stems ,mount and balance so the work was bigger when they see it ,mind you the tire size is 285/75/17 not super big why the up charge ,I don't know ,not happy for the charge but the guy got me in and out in no time so that's why I'm okay with giving them 3 stars the service was not bad ,but they may want to keep their prices firm not just go by what they think.Customer service was fair very blunt not super friendly their straight to the point and they will not give discounts or breaks to anyone . read more

It would be a ZERO, but you have to at least choose one star. My husband took the car to have brand new tires installed, not only did they loose the chrome caps we had on our tires, but they didn't properly inflate the brand new tires they were paid to install. They didn't think we would notice missing caps?! They placed a plastic cap on one and a bullet shaped one on the other tire. How unprofessional. I would not recommend them or return as a customer. I don't know how they're still in business. read more

Went to the Warrenton Va. location with three wheels and tires mounted needed to have them balanced dropped off when returned the guy said your valve stem needs replaced I don't have them but if you go to the auto parts house and get one I'll replace it but I don't have the tool to remove the air sensor either so I bought the tool as well. put the tires back on the truck and the truck shook like egg shaped tires on it took all three tires back the guy said no problem I'll balance again as I watched I realized he didn't have the proper tool for his balance machine to properly balance my wheels when I said something to him he called the Culpepper store and asked if they could balance my wheels at their location I asked for my money back because I didn't have time to run to the other location he refused to return my money so I went to Culpepper , where they balanced my tires using all different used weights on nice chrome wheels black painted white corroded you name it looked like crap oh it went down the road smooth but really a lot of my time wasted with this company never going back or sending anyone to get tires there. Ron you need to train your employees as well never ever seen anyone install wheels on a car the way your monkey's did in culpepper either your outfit is a JOKE ! read more

purchased used tires for my two front tires and left my car there while i went to walmart. they put two used ones on the front as i asked however they put the front left tire on the back right and took my best tire! do not come here but if you do ASK TO SEE THE TIRES THEY TOOK OFF! now i need my back left replaced as well read more

Purchased used tires in December of 2017 - within a week I was back with a leak in one of the tires. At the onset of the purchase was shown four Pirelli tires in great condition; to my disappointment and unbeknownst to me, I received non-matching (not Pirelli) tires in less than ideal condition. I've since been back twice due to low tire pressure. The used tire shop said it was most likely that my TPMS sensors weren't working properly - so I was sent to the automotive shop to have an inspection completed. Turns out the sensors were fine - the tires were supposed to be inspected and were done so "visually" and no issues identified. I returned to the used tire shop expecting some sort of recourse since it wasn't the sensors. I was sent back to the automotive shop to have a full tire inspection. "Inspection" was completed - but come to find out it was visual again and the tires weren't even removed from the vehicle. They didn't check the tread, but said I wouldn't pass my next inspection (in 8 months). I was also informed that I should have tires replaced before traveling out of state - so I paid $250 for tires that I've had to go back for three times and shouldn't drive on out of state after only months. Since I am out of the "30 day" warranty (even though I came in with concerns within a week) - there is nothing that can be done, other than purchasing more tires(but I could get a discount on used! - joke). There was no documentation on file for the multiple visits for issues - I had to request to have a document written up for documentation purposes (not like that will help). I asked to speak to a manager - the automotive shop said they were "between management." The used tire shop said the owner most likely "was not at work and could not be reached" - but I was speaking to the "administrative manager" (not sure what that means). Best thing they have going for them is Josue - he is very friendly and helpful. Not expecting to receive any response to this or calls to follow-up as they didn't even ask for my contact information. In conclusion - used tires are probably not the best choice, but if you're trying to save some cash don't get your used tires here. Wish I would have read reviews first.
