That being said, I've seen management change up at this place over the years and I've had some pretty bad experiences from previous crews here, but I've found the best use for this place is in oil changes, tire services, brake services, and so on. The regular maintenance stuff. I'll add that we used to be able to bring our own brakes/rotors/tires here and only pay for the labor, but the last time (2023) that I tried to do this at this location, I was told NTB didn't allow that anymore out of some liability issue or something. So, it seems that you need to purchase one of their own products for those services. However, they let me provide my own oil and filter for oil changes, so I think it's case specific. The staff at this location have also been really kind, no rudeness, no issues, and I've never had to wait long for the regular maintenance stuff to come through. All-in-all, it's a decent shop from a large chain. Management seems better now than it was in the past.

Recently took my car to be repaired at Integrity after it was displaying a code for cylinder misfire. I gave Integrity multiple chances to repair this issue and although they claimed to have fixed it with replacing spark plugs a couple of times, I had to keep taking the car back after it continued to stall out while driving, and overall paying about $1100 FOR NOTHING! It would even stall out 3 minutes away from the shop. Did they even test drive the car after they supposedly fixed it? They came to the conclusion that the only way to repair it is to replace the engine. They could get me an engine for about $6000. This just didn't sit right with me. I took the car to get a second opinion elsewhere. That mechanic said that my engine was in great condition and diagnosed my car with a bad fuel injector, repaired it, and only charged me $826. I've been driving my car for a few days now and it drives perfectly! I just can't bring myself to trust Integrity after this.
