This isn't the place to go for $5 castoff T-shirts. It's more of a place to make a more affordable investment in designer apparel. You'll find the likes of Chanel, Gucci, David Yurman and other top-tier designers on a regular basis. Everything is in good condition. Norma doesn't accept anything that's damaged or that isn't in fashion. I particularly love checking out the shoe selection. Often, many of the pairs have never been worn and there are some great deals. I picked up a pair of rhinestone-covered Beverly Feldman platforms during a sale for around $40. Not too shabby. Like any consignment store, the best way to find great deals here is to shop regularly. The associates are all very helpful and friendly, as is the owner. Shop here to look your best for less.

Once entering I was greeted promptly with smiling faces. This tack shop has any and everything you would ever dream of for your horse or even for yourself. They have boots, clothes, English and western saddles, girths, saddle pads, bits, buckets, jewelry, belts, and so much more!!!! This is all I could think of right off the top of my head. The customer service is top notch here. They definitely go out of there way to please you. Very helpful. Super nice. I came here looking for a particular saddle they had, they actually let me take it home to try it out for 7 days. See how it fit & looked on my horse and see how I liked it. How awesome is that......horse folks are the best. I will definitely be back to this place and it's well worth the drive!! I will let you know if I decide on the saddle......... #GiddyUp

Neither of the women, Amy, nor the one loudly discussing her disdain for children greeted our family. Very disappointing as the volunteers in here have previously always been kind and we have always have had a good experience. For a thrift store that is supposedly supporting Christian values these two women are making a mockery of it. As a mother who works hard to instill appropriate behaviors and values in their children I don't tolerate rudeness particularly when it's unwarranted.

I visited this establishment over 3 weeks ago and was denied the sale of my firearm. Perfectly fine. I had a shipping label emailed to them the SAME DAY to have said firearm returned. I've called numerous times to check on its status because the seller still hasn't received the returned firearm, just to receive the response "a firearm shipped out, i don't know if it was yours" without being asked my name or anything. I emailed 6 days ago to check the status again, I was told it was just packaged and awaiting pickup... 3 weeks later. I immediately asked to be updated when it's picked up by UPS, tracking info, etc. Still to this second haven't received a response. I spent $800 on a firearm that I was not only denied access to but then held for 3 weeks with no explanation, communication, apology?? The overall handling of this situation was unprofessional and frustrating. It STILL hasn't been resolved and has been ongoing since June 18th. I cannot be refunded until the seller receives the firearm back. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone.
