I was unbelievably shocked a driver could be so erratic especially a driver that needs to be the one that's levelheaded. We went back and forth passing each other, until he sped up to assuming 20+ over the speed limit to never be seen again. I would never in a million years choose this service. If anyone reading this is debating about if they are reliable, just know at least one of their drivers risks their lives like no other, and will put your life on the line in the process.

I spotted them a couple years back when I was visiting family in a hospital and noticed they weren't affiliated with the hospital and had their own staff handling things. When it came time to transport another family member who was looking for a scheduled pickup, this was the service that I felt could do it without fuss. They were on time and they were professional and had some pretty top notch equipment to help the process go smoothly. The crew were a nice couple of guys, who were thorough in their questioning but came prepared. They were considerate enough to let me sit in the front to accompany my ailing family member, which was a pretty interesting experience to say the least. By the time they arrived at the hospital (which going from one borough to another is never an easy feat ... in traffic), they were delicate and tedious with how they handled everything. There was no time that was off the table and they made the process seem pretty easy overall.

This person assured me all was right and to use the link within the quote to place the deposit. She noted that I can update via email any changes to pickup time (previously 12pm), which I did and they emailed back confirmation (to 1130am). Come morning of, I get a text message confirming an incorrect time (12pm), and asking questions I had already answered. I mentioned again I needed a specific time pickup (1130am) as it was a hospital discharge, and that I was already confirmed for this time. They noted they received it (albeit still confused as it was contracted from their previous question), then found they called and left a message on an unused number (not one I had ever given or called them from) confirming my requested time (1130am). Come 1145am, I call dispatch to ask where they are and they confirming they will be there at noon. I expressed frustration as we have been sitting out for 30 minutes and need to be on-time, to which I got no understanding from. Come 12:10, there is still no driver. I call again to dispatch which they say they are here- but no one is to be found. It took 30 additional minutes to get the driver to get out and come inside the hospital (as they told us nothing of when it arrived, etc) which brings us to 12:45pm. Already annoyed it is over an hour now after the pickup time was requested, we see it's an Uber handicap van (the sign visible on the front dash, and no logo whatsoever for this company). I specifically ordered an ambulate as my uncle needs comfort and medical needs should they arise in an over 2 hour drive due to his stage of cancer. I call again and reiterate what I requested and paid for, and who confirmed over the phone my exact reservation and request, and was hit with I could pay more to have an actual ambulate there soon. We had no choice but to take this Uber van from NYC to south jersey, and expressed I wanted to talk to a manager Monday morning and it was not acceptable nor OK that they mismanaged this reservation so terribly. The dispatch informed me that the error is in their inquiry form, but refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing after multiple times of me explaining I had it confirmed with a member verbally on their team, and in no place does the emails rate this was a Uber ride. I could have reserved this Uber van for 1/2 the cost if I wanted that route. I will be reviewing this with our bank, and would not recommend to anyone!

I got out of my car, ran over and knocked on his window. There was also a woman in the passenger's seat and they both clearly knew they hit me. The driver stopped, look at my car and when I phoned the company, I spoke to the manager, who told me her ambulette had not hit me. I guess she saw what happened to my car in Manhattan while she sat at her desk in Queens. Maybe she's a psychic! I called their office again two days later and spoke to a woman called Anna, who continued their lies and denied the incident altogether. "He not hit your car! He not hit your car!" Accidents happen, but it takes a VERY BAD DRIVER to think that this guy could POSSIBLY squeeze his van between the space that was available to him. My 6 year old niece could have told him he'd never fit where he tried to squeeze through. So, if you want to be picked up by a driver who is unable to determine where his van can or can not between a given space and sideswipes cars, call these people. Personally, I would prefer to have my disabled loved ones driven by people who a) know how to drive and b) aren't liars. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
