When it came time to transport another family member who was looking for a scheduled pickup, this was the service that I felt could do it without fuss. They were on time and they were professional and had some pretty top notch equipment to help the process go smoothly. The crew were a nice couple of guys, who were thorough in their questioning but came prepared. They were considerate enough to let me sit in the front to accompany my ailing family member, which was a pretty interesting experience to say the least. By the time they arrived at the hospital (which going from one borough to another is never an easy feat ... in traffic), they were delicate and tedious with how they handled everything.
