At this time in my life I do not use a lot car services as I use Uber and lyft etc. Anyway I was in the Ditmas Park area I needed to get home fast I was tired So I decided to use this Car Service Junior's that I saw coming out of a nearby establishment. I went in the car service office with in 5 mins I was in car with a good price. The car was clean free of any bad smells and the driver was a pleasant person. ***please note I am totally in support of local business however many car services are not running a quality business. Junior car service is great!!! Many prompts read more

They are unorganized, disrespectful. I need a total revamp of their policies and operations.. in 2024 I took this cab service. I told him I had a large walker, the driver broke my walker, trying to force it into the backseat of his car and when I want a compensation to get it fixed, I got the runaround. Today, March 18, 2026 I schedule a ride for them to the hospital. My appointment is for 10 o'clock. They were supposed to pick me up at 9:02. It's now 1009. I'm late for my appointment and they still haven't found a car for me. How do you make your schedule and don't have enough cars? I will never use this Car Service again. read more

If I could give zero stars I would .This is the worst car service company with rude unprofessional staff that lie to you waste your time inconvenience you .I had a standing order 6 days a week to be picked up at 9 not by minutes literally anywhere from 45 minutes to hour and a half everyday they were late causing me to miss appointments and work .They even have the nerve to say to you they called you and try to blame you when they don't and you confirm with them the day before and hours before the day off to avoid this and they still will be late and take no accountability and don't care how your affected .They even hang up on you when you trying to explain .Ive seen so many reviews like mine so I see this is a pattern of theirs and they have no professionalism or respect .As of today I will never give them business again !!! read more

Juniors car service has gotten worse. The app doesn't work and the saddest part is the car that is sent is never the car that is confirmed via text. It is always a different car, that picks you up. Unsafe for all women and children. read more

I wish some of the drivers they sent out had proper hygiene. Efficient drivers but poor hygiene. And they are liars

I had a terrible experience with Junior's car service around election time 2024. The driver was combatant, argumentative. I explained I was a disabled Elder. They did send a needed low car. When I called from my appointment to return home, the call was refused. I had used Junior's earlier in the week to vote. The drivers had issues around the elections, but I never discussed how I voted. Both drivers either had issues around their citizenship or knew people. My Family worked with Dr. King. We came to what is now the USA around 1520. Legal or illegal people have no right to mistreat us after our struggle to vote in our own country. I now use another car service and will never deal with Juniors again. Junior's must respect all paying clients!!! read more

Great service Great drivers and the app is useful I recommend using the Junior car service and using the app read more

I was waiting for my car to come to pick me up for around 3 hours and 17 minutes.  I called the car service  pick me up in my therapy center but they never showed up to pick me up. One of the car companies Junior Express Car Service was supposed to pick me up from my therapy center to my home in Brooklyn.  They were lying to me the entire time without any compassion about my health problems. They were saying to me that they were looking for a driver for more than 3 hours but I know that this was not true. The car never came to pick me up. I waited in a terrible cold weather and I got sick with a cold because of them. I was waiting for three hours and 17 minutes and we called an Uber Taxi to pick me up. We paid $24 Dollars for an Uber taxi because it was already 12:57 A.M and the car was not coming. Please don't use them! read more

I'm a regular customer. Pickup to go to JFK went smoothly. Important to allow for extra time - T2 is closed. Good driver, helped me with my bag. Courteous and prompt. I'm hoping to give the same review for my pickup on 8/13. UPDATE: pickup at JFK to return home worked out well, given that it's a madhouse even at midnight. Nice to have a reliable neighborhood car service because it's hit or miss with the yellow cabs who often don't know the best routes and that ends up costing you more in time and expense. The other option is an Uber. Sidebar: tipping your driver generously goes a long way. Thanks again! read more

If it was possible NOT to give even 1 star, I would. Terrible service, very unprofessional, lied to me every time I call that in 15 minutes the car was coming and when that didn't happen they would put my calls on hold and finally . I had a round trip scheduled and car was ready to pick up after 2:30 hrs they call me to tell me the car was coming. Not kidding. Please, please take your business somewhere else, I will be making a complaint to the company that set me up with this car service " company " KEEP AWAY!!! read more

HORRIBLE DO NOT USE THIS CAR SERVICE!!!! I had a medical trip scheduled prior in advance. The pickup was 45 minutes late. The driver was friendly but the company is completely unorganized and to be honest - I am amazed they are still in business. On the way home I called to let them know I was ready to be picked up I was promised about a 20 or 30 minute wait. After an hour and 40 minutes still no car showed up. I kept calling the dispatcher and my insurance and they continue to assure me that I would receive a car soon. I never did. I miss picking up my daughter from daycare and I ended up having to pay out of my pocket for a private car service money which I did not have. Literally food out of my children's mouth. I wish somebody would have warned me in advance about the disorganization and the complete lack of care of this car service company. Stay away! read more

Always there on time and really sweet drivers! I love calling in because they are always in good spirits answering the phones. Thank you Juniors! read more

Don't use these idiots. They showed up to take us to airport and the guy had no idea how to install his car seat for our baby and the hooks and clasps were all upside down so we had to get on our hands and knees on the sidewalk to properly fix this old junky car seat. Then he didn't know how to use his credit card machine and didn't have change (supposedly) so we had to give him a larger tip than planned. THEN just now the car to take us back home from the airport had no idea how to go to the "car service pick up" area so it was a wild goose chase finding him. When we finally found him he had NO CAR SEAT for our baby despite us telling them several times on phone to make sure one comes already installed in car. He seemed baffled and then asked "can't you just get in without car seat?" Suggesting we just hold our 23 month baby in our lap. We are so pissed and now we won't get home til 10pm with a tired and hungry baby. This company is incompetent read more

Very disappointed! I used Juniors for few years and always called them to take me to the airport when traveling. I called them today at 11 am to book a car for 3 pm for the airport to be there on time for all the checks implemented due to the pandemic. At 3 pm no car. I called Juniors at 3:05 pm they said they did not know where the car was and that the driver would text me prior to his arrival. We called again at 3:15 pm and they the hang up. At 3:17 pm the driver texted us his EAT: 7 mins away. The driver arrived at 3:28 pm : they had just told me about the job. No call from Juniors, no explanation, no effort to check where the car was, no apologies. We have been waiting 30 min for a car that was booked and confirmed 4 hrs earlier. Unbelievable! Horrible experience. read more

I love using juniors express. The drivers are nice and the cars are perfect. They are always on point. I get to my destination always on time. I would like to notify you there's a female teen 19 yrs old that's been at your business. She a trouble teen from the neighborhood. She shouldn't be at your place of business. I have seen her there a couple of times. I did have a confrontation with her on the street last year. She acts very erratic. She has mental health problems. I ordered a car once a few weeks ago to take my mother to the airport. They didn't show up. When I called them after the pickup time had come and gone they said they didn't have a record of me calling for a car but would send someone over. Fast forward three weeks. It's 3am and I've just been woken by 4 phone calls from juniors to say the car (that I didn't order) is ready. This is the SECOND time they've done this. I keep blocking their number but they have multiple phone lines. Do yourself a favor, call someone else. You don't want these people to have your phone number. Very bad. We asked for a car to go to the airport. So the driver came 15 minutes later than he was suppose to. No apologies or explanations. Mid way to the airport start to ask for his money and gave us a price different from what the dispatcher, no need to say it was much higher than agreed and also told us how much we need to give him as tip. Awful service, not professional , no need to say that we will never use them again read more

TERRIBLE DONT USE!!! If I could give could give a zero I would. I'm absolutely disgusted in this behavior from all ends. Luis is the manger that has no regard for customer service, has no solution to my issues even told me to just deal with it. I asked for a mini-van because I have 6 passengers and was given a four seater. I have 5 people in the back, with an elderly lady and children. Poor communication from Cloudy and his "manger" Luis was even less helpful what kind of manger tells you to deal with it because what can he do. They were so rude as if they never heard of customer service, I would never in my life use this car service. I rather walk because it was so uncomfortable for such a long ride. PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF THE TROUBLE AND USE A DIFFERENT CAR SERVICE!! Both of them were so rude, put me on hold for so long and then got mad at me that I didn't get out the car as if I wasn't late and they didn't have me on hold for 10+ min like was I supposed to get off on the side the road w all my luggage and entire family while on hold. Why not let me know before putting me on hold and I only got the line again because I hung up and called again. PLEASEEEE DO NOT USE !! read more

This car service is the worst car service in Brooklyn! I have never experienced anything worse! I used to use them all the time. Before I visited the location, they were always on time, nice, friendly and professional. I believe they are a Dominican owned car service. I came to the location after picking up my niece and nephew who are half Jamaican and Mexican from daycare in the area, and ever since that day.. they have been very rude and nasty to me over the phone. They recognized my voice and address and were able to distinguish who i was. They act as if when I call there, that I am calling their private home... sighing over the phone, talking in a condescending tone, short with me.. just very nasty. I believe they had an issue with either me being black or because my niece and nephew were half Mexican. BUT THIS CAR SERVICE IS THE TRASH OF THE TRASH! THE PEOPLE WHO WORK AT THE DISPATCH ARE THE SCUM OF THE EARTH! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE..HORRIBLE TREATMENT. I NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING SO BIZARRE AND DISRESPECTFUL IN MY WHOLE LIFE!!!! THIS IS TRULY THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL OF CAR SERVICES! fyi: one of their drivers always stinks too! read more

This car service has fallen off.. you call them and they lie! They tell you 5 minutes it turn into 20, 30 minutes. And then be lucky if you get a good driver they have no route knowledge. I called at 1:10pm having to be 20-25 mins away and its lightly snowing. Dispatcher told me 5 mins at 1:23pm I called again he said sorry she's 3 blocks away. At 1:27pm I call back he told me give her another minute she's 3 blocks away hangs up quickly. At 1:35 I call back to tell dispatcher to cancel because I was paying for a cab TO NOT be late for work. But that if I'm going to be late then I can take the bus. He tells me he doesnt care of course you dont you're at work Driver she's at work I, ME THE CUSTOMER I'M THE ONE NOW LATE FOR WORK AGAIN THANKS TO YALL I'M NEVER GIVING YOU A DIME OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY FOH. The driver shows up at 1:40pm as I'm waiting for another cab from another company. When I tell her idk why that asshole didnt tell you I been cancelled. She flipped me the finger called me a bitch and sped off . The nerve. They used to be great but I've been having this problem with their being on time and the lying dispatcher. Like Asshole just tell me 20 mins from the beginning. This like the 4th time they have made me late for work when I have called in more than enough time. Fuck this. I'll give my money to a company who cares about customers and service. That dispatch clown is so rude and I live walking distance from the base. So don't pop shit like he can't get run up on. I've generally had decent experiences with Juniors, but have now had two experiences that are causing me to move along to a different service. About a year ago, I called Juniors to take my mom to the airport. The first driver who showed up saw that she was an older woman, walking with a cane, asked if she was paying with a voucher and, even though I said that she would be paying with cash, he refused to take her and we had to wait for another car to show up. This morning, my friend was overcharged for her ride to the airport. Their website clearly shows a $35 flat fee to LGA, but the driver told her it was $46. When I contacted them, they told me that the price changed to $40 as of this week (which is reasonable), but it hasn't been updated on the website and claimed that the additional $6 was what she chose to tip on the app. Except that she didn't pay via the app...she paid cash and tipped on TOP of the $46 that the driver quoted her (she paid $55 in total). VERY SHADY! Too bad that their drivers feel ok ripping off customers. Never using this car service ever again. AMENDED TO ADD: Yes, I did download the app and requested the car via the app, but my friend paid in CASH and paid tip on top of the $46 that the driver quoted her. To be fair, I do have 15% tip set as the default on my app, however the driver did not explain that the $46 quote already included tip and I feel that he should have vs. accepting $55. In addition, I contacted the business via e-mail to inquire about the price difference. All I wanted was an "I'm sorry for the mix-up" and to understand what happened. Instead, Raul essentially called me a liar, asking why I would pay in cash after entering credit card info into the app, but I don't even have credit card info entered into the app and have cash set as my default payment type. It took several back and forth e-mails for him to acknowledge that this trip was indeed paid via cash. read more

On February 11th this car service was booked by Cenrek Transportation and confirmed to pick me up at around 9am. Mind you I am a senior citizen and around 9am the dispatcher called me and said the driver is downstairs, I asked "are you sure" and they said "yes come outside." I came outside and there was no one there, when I called the dispatcher they rudely said "go back inside and wait for them to call back and the driver to be there". This was the second time that this has happened and I am very upset with this car service provider and how rude they are. Had they called and said the car is late and for me not to go outside, I understand but the way they handled it shows no respect and I will not be looking forward to using this company in the future. read more

I started using Juniors when I moved to a new neighborhood. First time, fine. Second time, they got the pickup time wrong and sent a car within 15 minutes. Third time, they showed up 25 minutes late to take me to the airport. When I called the dispatcher at 10 past he told me the car would be there in 5 minutes and promptly hung up. The drivers are always nice but the service is just too unreliable. I won't be using them again. read more

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. This past Tuesday, I was flying to Jamaica for my son's wedding and I accidentally left my phone in the car. I realized it after a few minutes and after searching, I called Junior's. Mario put me on hold while he phoned the driver. I was happy to hear that the driver found my phone in the car but was too far away on another call to return it before my flight. Mario assured me it would be in the office. I was disappointed, but relieved it has been found. Yesterday (Saturday) I stopped at Junior's on the way home but the guy on the desk told me I would have to come back after 11 tonight to talk to Mario. I walked back over and Mario remembered our conversation. He did not see the phone in the drawer, and tried to call the driver. He could not reach him. I gave him my home number and he said he would call me when he had more information. I walked back home and after 20 minutes, Mario told me to hold on, because he was on the phone with his boss. When he came back on the line, he said, "I have your phone." I rushed back there and there was my phone in an envelope with my name and address on it. Apparently, when the driver returned it, Mario was no longer on duty. He gave it to the boss , who locked it up and put it away. Mario was able to reach him and learned where it was. I want thank everyone involved, but particularly, Mario. He calmed me down when I called initially, assuring me that the driver had my phone and he calmed me last night, assuring me I would be reunited with my phone, which I was. Thanks again guys. I highly recommend this car service. read more

I called Juniors Express Car Service today (Sunday) 09/05/2001 and was picked up by a driver named Bernard who dropped me off in an unknown location. When I questioned it, he said due to traffic, he could not take me directly to the building and that I had to walk down the block. Not knowing the area well, I paid Bernard and exited the vehicle then started to walk. When I got down the block, I noticed I was in an area with nothing but private homes and my destination was a business location. Of course Bernard had left and I was stranded not knowing where I was. I then called the dispatcher at the car service to complain that the driver had dropped me off at the wrong location. The dispatcher was no better than the driver! She was the same person that had taken my call for service and when I explained my situation, she said "hold on, I will call the driver". Next thing I knew she had disrespectfully hung up the phone and there was no call back. Needless to say, I never made it to my destination and was left to find my way back home! Also, when they text you vehicle information for pick up they stress that you wear a face covering or mask. It would have been nice if the driver had one on too!! I would like someone from this car service to contact me regarding a refund. read more
