Very very mid cookie, kinda dry and just doesn't hit the spot like other popular cookie spots in the city.

This one star review could have been avoided by the cashier literally LISTENING TO THE CUSTOMER. YOUR COFFEE IS NOT good enough for u to have arrogant cashiers. This isnt soho or williamsburg where i'm going for the vibe. I asked for light ice as he was filling out my cup. He probably ignored it because he came back with my two cold brews which was full of ice. I told him nicely, can I get light ice? And he proceeded to tell me that it was a quarter cup of ice. You can see in the picture that jt is NOT. this POMPOUS cashier honestly ruined this coffee shop for me. I'm a regular since I live near by and you can bet Im never coming back.

    Chocolate chip cookie, cortado

Stopped in here to kill some time before meeting up with a friend. I heard about their famous chocolate chip cookie so I decided to grab two (one for me and one for my friend) and a cortado to drink. The total came to $19.05 which (unfortunately) is the going price for two cookies and a drink these days! However, I did have some sticker shock when I asked for a bag (so I didn't have to carry my friend's cookie in my hand) and I was charged an additional 50 cents via a separate transaction. The bag was paper too, yikes! Notwithstanding the overpriced bag, the coffee and cookie were DELICIOUS. The cookie might be one of my favorites in the city. The texture of the cookie is such that it is gooey on the inside even if it isn't warmed up. There is also ample seating available and a water spout with cups which I thought was polite and inviting. Will be back again if I'm in the area!

Nice spot to treat yourself to a delicious gooey cookie. Lots of table space so also a great spot if you want to get a coffee and work from there. Matcha cookie was really good, the right softness to break apart in easy pieces, and made gooey by the white chocolate chips inside. Staff are nice and easygoing, good vibes all around and good soft music in the background.

Came here for a drink and cookie and it's a nice cafe! The inside of the cafe was super busy when I went, so I was unable to grab a seat. While it might be great for catching up with friends, it might not be the best for getting work done/studying as it was quite loud. I got one of their matcha lattes and a matcha cookie, and it was good! The matcha latte was pretty standard, but the cookie was the perfect balance of crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. Would come back just for the cookies.

Review is for the chocolate chip only. I had seen on Instagram that 7 grams was at the top of several best of chocolate chip cookie polls and I wanted to see for myself. I happened to be walking by this location and popped in to pick up one. $6.48 lighter, I grabbed my substantial cookie and took it home. At first bite I was, yeah this is good, but average. I put it into the microwave for 15 seconds and the cookie was elevated. Nice and crispy on the outside and a little bit softer on the inside. Tastes a little buttery and not overwhelmingly sweet. I really liked it but nothing beats my favorite (although it has walnuts) Levain.

Very good coffee! Great if you are in the go to work and need a strong coffee with bold taste. Friendly atmosphere with exceptional service.

Cute little place! Smells great inside from their cookies. Latte was good and we tried the miso white chocolate cookie and it was pretty good! Defiantly want to try their others cookies too

Convenient working cafe in Midtown! Most people here are working so the music isn't too loud, and there's a moderate volume level. They have several small individual tables and a long table with stools. Seats often free up and there's free wifi. Their iced mocha is pretty good if you have a sweet tooth, and they have a lot of sweet pastries including vegan options!

Good mocha... but great cookie! A bit expensive though - 4.25 stars rounding down to 4. Mocha was delicious but $6.50 for a 12 oz. Can't comment on their other coffee drinks. The chocolate chip cookie was $6 but definitely the star of the show. It is thick but soft and gooey on the inside. Could easily share with another person, as it can be a bit heavy to eat on your own. Seemed like a nice environment to work from: generally clean and not too noisy.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.

Made with rice flour and egg whites, it is so airy, and literally feels like cutting through a cloud. Plus, it's gluten-free! A perfect little cake for a small celebration They also make the prettiest korean dessert sets, alongside bingsu, dubai chewy cookies, and einspanner. They're seriously always keeping up with the trends! *Black Sesame Ssal Cake $16.5 ** My top pick. The black sesame layer on top was the richest. Super nutty without being too heavy. The sponge and cream cheese had a subtle black sesame flavor. It reminded me of the cream in their black sesame einspanner. *Mugwort Ssal Cake $16.5 * This one was surprisingly rich. The mugwort had a strong earthy, herby flavor, while the plain cream cheese layer helped cut through the richness. *Mango Ssal Cake $16.5 This was a bit of a miss to me as there wasn't any mango-flavored sponge or mango puree inside. It was just a plain rice flour cake with a few slices of fresh mango on top. Though I could really taste the mild, clean rice flavor in this one. *Da-On Sang Set $26 ** A must-order if it's your first time here! The mochi was super soft, and the strawberry was so ripe and sweet. The yak-gwa and joo-ak were chewy, sticky, and just sweet enough, especially paired with the tea that came with the set. *Black Sesame Einspanner $8.5 *Mugwort Einspanner $8.5 The cream was lighter compared to other einspanners I've had. The mugwort one was bursting with earthy flavor. Definitely try it if you're a mugwort fan. The black sesame was alright. I personally wish it was a little richer.

I'd love to go try their desserts in store one day!
