I have now taken each of my daughters to Woodhouse for a birthday Head-to-Toe experience, and every visit has exceeded my expectations--not only in the quality of the services, but in the genuine care, attention to detail, and beautifully calming atmosphere. There is something incredibly special about stepping away from everyday life and sharing that kind of intentional relaxation with your daughters. Our 50-minute facials with Esthetician Lily were exceptional. She provided thoughtful insights into our individual skin health and care while creating an experience that left my girls completely relaxed and pampered. Their beautiful, healthy post-facial glow said it all. My eldest daughter actually fell asleep during her massage with Ashley--which, in my opinion, is the ultimate compliment. Her nervous system clearly received the message that it was finally safe to let go and rest. My 80-minute massage with Patrick was the perfect balance of therapeutic depth and deep relaxation. He listened carefully to what my body needed and even offered practical tips for stretches and exercises to help keep my body balanced between visits. That level of individualized care is something I truly appreciate. What stands out most about Woodhouse is the authentic care and consideration demonstrated by every member of the team. From the beautiful environment to the thoughtful service, you feel genuinely cared for from the moment you arrive. I'm already looking forward to many more spa days--with my friends, my family, and my partner. With so many wonderful services to choose from, I have complete confidence that the people I love will receive the expertise, care, and restoration they need. Self-care isn't a luxury--it's a necessity. And sharing these experiences with the people you love is worth so much more than anything that can be purchased in a store. These are the moments that become core memories. Get healthier. Get happier. Slow down. Reconnect. And make those beautiful memories together. Woodhouse makes it wonderfully easy to do all of that.

As soon as we entered, we were greeted warmly and offered a delightful scented hand towel. A staff member gave us a brief tour and guided us to our personalized lockers, which had our names on them--such a charming touch. Inside the lockers were our slippers and robes--sizes taken at the time of booking--and a piece of chocolate, which was a lovely surprise! Next, we moved to the waiting area to fill out our forms, which was softly lit and featured a fireplace, along with a snack bar and refreshments. While we waited, a staff member brought us heated pads for our necks and shoulders that carried a refreshing scent. He also checked to see if we needed anything like tea or sparkling water, which felt wonderful. Finally, we went in for our massages; we both opted for the deep tissue therapy. My massage therapist, Ashley, was fantastic--very friendly and attentive. She asked questions about my problem areas and got right to work. I can confidently say it was the best massage I've ever had, and I highly recommend it. I've already arranged to return for my birthday; everything was exceptional--10

Coming into the Beauty Bash you can already tell Arijai Aesthetics and Wellness have a well known presence in the Twin Cities community. I arrived 15mins after the event started and the place was packed with old patients, new patients and soon to be future patients. With skin care demos going on and the buzz of everyone excited to see the great services Arijai has to offer. It's hard not to get excited. This office offers surgical and non-surgical cosmetic services with Dr. Chris Balgobin- ·He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery ·Fellow of Board Certification in Anti-aging & Rejuvenation Medicine. ·Licensed in 3 states- Minnesota, Florida and California ·Has worked closely with Dr. Miami for the past 3 years. At Arijai they really try to treat their patients with a personal approach not making them feel like they are just a number and from the testimonials I received from patients it definitely shows that they are doing something right at Arijai. I heard stories of transformation in confidence to how much the patients absolutely love the staff and the procedures they have had done. What is really nice is that they are able to do surgical procedures right there in office. Arijai Aesthetics and Wellness is an Accredited Surgical Facilty they do procedures such as liposuction to fat transfers. They have a staff of licensed nurses & LPN's for when you are finished with your procedure. The aesthetics side is wonderful too. I spoke with a representative from SkinPen her name was Haley she was able to give me some great information about the SkinPen which is a microneedling device for acne scars or discoloration. I also met Andrea who was so sweet and told me all about Salt Facial which is a skin renewal treatment that is a alternative to peels- it's less abrasive. I was able to see what kind of damage I have done to my skin with SkinCeuticals. The rep was able to tell me and recommend what would be a great fit for my skin and the best part is that I was able to see everything she saw and know what she was talking about while she was looking at my skin. All the staff is very knowledgeable about all the products and services that is offered. If I ever need aesthetics done I know where to look now!

Services were fine, but I would have expected more at that price point. They specifically said the massage was for relaxation and to target any areas would be an upcharge of $20-25. That seems crazy to me on a $500+ service and like a disclaimer that it wasn't going to do much. For that reason, the services were relaxing but not memorable, and I wish I had picked a different place. The dressing area was fine if you were staying at the hotel and could go back to get ready--it had hair ties and some basics like a blow dryer, but it did not have the items you often see at larger spas (hair combs, spray deodorant, or a straightener). I can't see myself returning.

I have been with EWC for almost 10 years and I've never had any major issues worth complaining…read moreabout. I've been with a few different locations, Woodbury, Vadnais Heights, Eagan and now with Roseville. My most recent encounter was with the Manager of the Roseville location, I did not get her name, nor did she tell me her name when I asked for the manager (Phone interaction). I had a pass that was for 9 waxes, and then they had a promotion going on two months ago (June) for the unlimited pass. This is what I really do not like about EWC, they push the front staff to up sale so they will withhold important information just to make the sale, or mislead you to make the sale. I was advised, my unlimited pass would start after I finished my current pass, so I went ahead with the purchase. I finally finished my last wax for my 9-pass last weekend 8/16. When I asked the front staff when my new pass would start the gave me a date of Aug 20. It didn't make sense to me, since I wouldn't be in for at least another 3 weeks, so I'm basically losing a month. The manager wasn't in so then I called later on in the week. When I call the manager told me the pass starts when I bought it. Again, this is not what I was told. She then continued to tell me my 9-wax pass was completed in June when I bought the unlimited pass, which was not accurate. So, that tells me she really didn't look at my account before trying to get assist me and really just wanted to get me off the phone. She then said that I was correct and my last visit was 8/16 so she'll change my new pass to start 8/17. Again, how is this fair to me that I would be losing a month? Had I known it was going to start the day I made the purchase I wouldn't purchase the pass until I needed it. She then put me on hold and came back and said it was company policy that they couldn't change the start date, but she was going to do it this one time for me (as if it was my fault that they did a poor job providing the proper information). Then she continued to tell me that my pass for the 9 visit never expires and that I could've saved it and started using my unlimited pass right away. She did not like that I pushed back and stated that it should've been communicated to me at the time of the purchase. It was just upsetting for me because there was no accountability taken and she basically blamed me and acted like she was doing me a favor for the misinformation given. I've heard numerous stories from esthetician about how terrible the leadership and the management is with the company. I truly feel bad for them. I loved every esthetician that I had, I switched locations just to follow certain esthetician. Super disappointed that I wasted time and gas just to be standing outside the door. After my second phone call at 1:41 I was told simply something urgent came up. Really disappointed and upset with this experience, she did offer half off but I planned my day around this! Incredibly hesitant to utilize services with an establishment that didn't even give me a heads up or try to move the appointment around BEFORE I left work and drove out here and stood around for 20+ minutes. (I was 10 minutes early.) I will be extremely upset if my card gets charged for services not provided. UPDATE: I am adding screenshots of my correspondence with Alison yesterday after calling me twice and texting me three times and her "respectfully asking" me to take down my reviews and stop posting them. NOTE my review was 100% truthful, I find it horrifically unprofessional of Alison to continue to blow my phone up pressuring me to delete my reviews. Additionally after my cease and desist request she responded stating I was the worst experience in 4 years of business and she'd never contact me again yet hours later posted replies to my reviews trying to control the narrative. To be clear the ONLY reason she "talked with me within 10 minutes of the appointment" was because it was my second time calling HER after her no call no show. Initially she said something urgent came up and later has since said it was a scheduling error despite my having text and email confirmation. ***** FYI one of the screenshots is from last evening around 7 pm before she posted responses on my reviews trying to cover up her lack of professionalism- the others are screenshots of the texts and messages showcasing her outrageous attempts to influence my 100% honest review of my experience with her followed by my text (also screenshot) to her to stop trying to influence the reviews by blowing up my phone with calls and texts. I received the reply wherein she said I was the worst experience in 4 years of business. Then hours later she posted replies making it seem like she was 100% trying to rectify the situation. Did she offer half off, yes. Was I unable to take her up on that offer? Yes. Did I post my reviews in fear of my card being charged even though she was a no call no show because of a review from another woman who stated Alison didn't show up and her card was charged $375, so I made sure to protect myself best I could from that happening? Also yes. This entire experience has by far been the absolute most ridiculous experience dealing with a business who were 100% in the wrong and I would never recommend this woman's services due to her wildly unprofessional behavior, her clear inability to be honest, and her thinking calling and texting someone 5 times telling them to take down/stop posting negative reviews is "reaching out to apologize"

My esthetician was quiet and a little socially awkward but kind. She wore gloves for the service which I know many do now, I don't prefer it but I get it sort of... The space itself was fine. It sounded like an adjoining wall to the room had someone throwing barbells at the wall and my esthetician had to step out at one point to grab a towel and the room leads right into the main hallway so privacy seemed a little lax. The service itself was just fine. I have some scar tissue on my nose that I forgot to mention to her and she asked if it was painful before trying to extract it like all others do, I appreciated that. The young lady at the front desk was great. I chose tea on arrival and they have some liquid infusions they make it with. I tried the cranberry pomegranate and it was gross, way too sweet.
