The spray tan artist was great at asking me questions - if I burn easily, if my tone runs more cool or warm, what I was looking for, etc. She nailed my color and made me feel so comfortable during the session! The tan lasted me through the bachelorette party and into the next week - which worked out since I had a surprise engagement! All of my pictures looked so natural and glowy. Last year when we went in to unfreeze our membership to tan before vacation, we were told that they now only have 1 bed for the "friend" to use, whereas in the past there were at least 2 beds! So, now you have probably 2-3 people ahead of you waiting to use the "friend" bed! Oh, but they told us he could use a regular bed if he paid $20....WTH! I had hoped that they would get enough complaints, that they would go back to the old way, but that didn't happen! Needless to say, I have cancelled my membership! Everyone deserves to take a vacation, however the business owner/lash artist should also consider accommodating their client when they report losing multiple lashes in one week because their over due for a fill! Verses expecting them to wait over a week until their next scheduled appointment! I was told " I have nothing, I'm really busy fitting people in since my vacation". "I absolutely appreciate you, I appreciate all my ladies to the fullest". "I just wish there were more hours in the day". After receiving that response via email, I felt far from an appreciated customer who always kept scheduled appointments, referred others and left a generous gratuity in her hand every two weeks! If you decide to use this studio please have a back-up lash artist on speed dial because you will NOT get worked in with Sheila unless she's reworking her schedule prior to going on a whimsical vacation! FYI ~ Sure adding copious amounts of glue to clumps of lashes verses individually placing them will most definitely make the lashes stay on but it's not healthy for your natural lashes. It wasn't as bad as when I got a spray tan by a machine (mystic or norvell) and the rest of my tan looked great, but I just wish the tops of my hands and wrists looked more natural.
