When she was blow drying it, I'm assuming there was a patch that had uneven Darkness to it, instead of correcting it, she turned the chair around, didn't say anything to me, and just cut out the hair. I have very long hair, so I'm not sure if she didn't think I'd notice or what. I was so appalled I didn't know what to say or how to react to the 5" chunk of hair sitting on the ground. needless to say, I have not and will not go back.

There is always a fun playlist going for music and it adds to the experience at Haven. Oh and can't forget my caffeine fix afterwards! You aren't supposed to drink caffeine at least 2 hours before lash appointments so Samantha is always ready with my coffee after I am done. You can get a water or a chocolate as well that they leave our for guests. There are variety of services including lash extensions, micro blading, lip blushing, spray tanning, teeth whitening and professional makeup done by the ladies. I was just trying to tell her that the price marked on display was different than the price she was going to charge me (which was on the bottom of the item)....but instead, she just wanted to argue and NOT listen to me first. HOW Rude!! Will NOT be going back. I don't have to purchase my products there. Pet peeve of mind...that customer service people just start talking and do not completely listen to the customer before then start with a genuine considerate answer. I have never heard of this before. I felt so insulted. I would understand if i committed something bad, to be treated like this. I have had Maddy for 3 years and was only few times (very very few) 5-10 min and everytime I was, she would say? i can't cut your hair today, we will only color, or i can't highlight today, i will only do root touch up, so she was never late for her next appointment. the fact that the manager handled it this way is more horrible. I understand wanting to support your employee but this is not right nor justifiable.
