Jan 11 2026 I purchased what I thought to be 30 days of tanning and spa services (all access package) The nice ladies who work at the store told me if I did not want go beyond the 30 days of services I would need to cancel before Jan 19th which I did. When I went to tan Feb 2nd I was denied access I was told to contact customer service. When I did my call was answered by the worst customer service representative I have ever delt with. I asked why I was being cut off after just 21 days. I was told their billing starts over on the 1st of the month. Okay fine but you are denying 10 days of which I already paid for. This person did not care or seem to understand the concept of theft. Her attitude was to bad so sad. Lesson learned. I will be loud in telling people to stay away from Totally tan and spa.

There is always a fun playlist going for music and it adds to the experience at Haven. Oh and can't forget my caffeine fix afterwards! You aren't supposed to drink caffeine at least 2 hours before lash appointments so Samantha is always ready with my coffee after I am done.
