Caesar Salad: we needed something "clean" to help all the heavy food we were eating and we ordered this with dressing in the side. Odd thing to bring it up, but way too much croutons, ham, and cheese and we would have been happier with more greens. The scallops were so sweet and cooked to perfect perfection. It came with butternut squash puree (wished there was more) and crispy lardon, cubed butternut squash and capers salad - wished there were more betterment cubes and less capers as the later made it too salty). Wished I could gave them 4.5 starts! This is the quintessential Skye experience we aimed for! A small local restaurant with locally sourced seafood!
